Thank you. I'm in quarantine for 2 weeks in a hotel room and brought a sand bag with me. This is everything i need to work every body part for the entire time. Its now my one stop go to, excellent. Love the list and the allocated times
Thankyou so much for not rushing the video and actually putting in all the descriptions. Makes it so much easier to keep track of what we're actually doing 🙏🏻just found my new workout chanel. God bless. Stay safe 😘
@@YourOfficialDailyAmerican007 the one off amazon is called Ultra Fitness! But i shoulda asked you because Rep is even more affordable! lol...but either way, i'll use it enough to make it worth it's money
Great content, thanks! Only one question, how the heck does your bag maintain it's stiff form? Mine is 2/3s full at 50#s andvbends and shifts all the time.....
Take this list with a grain of salt. A lot of that is going to be extremely impractical, and there are reasons for that. But the main one is that most of these require vastly different weights to be effective. (posterior deltoid flys/triceps kickbacks VS squat or bent over row?! 🤨not likely). So, unless you have brought with you a truckload of assorted sandbags of different weight - good luck with that. Also, a potential (but odd) idea of "i'll just adjust the sand on the fly, by adding and emptying it out accordingly" - not a good idea, even if you're on the beach with plenty of sand around. Guaranteed to force you into into too much rest and even more unnecessary hassle and wasting time. Although, truth be told, this principle does work with jerrycans, if you choose the right logistics for it. A well-built sandbag workout relies on matching exercises to not have to change the weight of the bag mid-workout. Unless of course there is a mountain of varied sandbags just lying there, then maybe. Maybe. However, that still does not cover everything. Sandbag back exercises are going nowhere without a pull up bar to do pull-ups. With or without a sandbag. Ditto with the push-ups. There is no proper way to do a chest(!) exercise with a sandbag, unless you're doing the good old push-ups, in which case the sandbag should be on your upper back(!)...not on the floor.
Hi! And thanks for the very extensive comment. Do you workout with sandbags often? The sandbag used in this video has an outer shell with various handles and grips which zips open and shut. Inside the outer shell are 3 smaller bags filled with sand. Each of these bags are around 15lb when filled. You can actually pretty easily change the weight from 15 to 45 pounds by just adding or removing these smaller bags. Most sandbags sold for home use are designed this way. Best FG

@@tatid6743 nice! What's the name of it? Rep fitness is fairly cheap tbh. But still great quality. Brute force is just waaaaay to expensive

this looks awesome...where did you film this at?
Thank you.
What about sandbags without handles?
Great video one of the most clear ones out there. Thanks for sharing. What weight sand bag is he using?
I apreciate that He has a well trained normal body, not this all natural, super mass "all natural" Trainers with 60cm Bizeps
Subbed!
I'm very limited in space, so this seems like a great solution. What makes a good bag (set) to purchase? Would you recommend a brand?
Does anybody know when buying a rouge sandbag do you have to buy funnel bag separate.
What weight bag are you using?
Awesome video what is the soundtrack?

Foam pool noodles cut to your bag's length is a great way to keep your bag a bit more rigid
Not complaining, did fancy one ,but can probably just stick with dumbells
Whats the weight bro
What about the weight he is using here?
Just pick whatever weight challenges you, but still allows you to keep a proper form. Same as any other exercise.
Think they do
Got a bag for Christmas
Are you near Pensacola, Florida?

Most of the exercises are just body weight. The sand bag is just as an extra
