I'm admittedly bummed that I didn't go with my gut instinct & buy bitcoin few months back when it was $20k - $25k range. is it too late to get in and make profits? i have set aside $450k to get fully invested this year
i don't think it is. Once bitcoin crosses it's all time high, it becomes the new bottom. Anything under 69k is a good buy. It's still advisable to work with a fiduciary advisor instead of relying solely on speculations

A good number of people discredit the effectiveness of financial advisors in exploring new markets, but over the past 10years I’ve had a financial advisor consistently restructure and diversify my portfolio/expenses and I’ve made over $400K in gains… might not be a lot but i'm financially secure.

I feel mayne on the XRP thing. Its one of those coins where its stuck around so long, hasn't gone to 0 remains a top 3 top 5 asset in mindshare and mcap but stays pretty flat with lots of overhead. Pretty sure like 70% of the owners are waiting for some catalyst, like a global agreement for settlement onchain where XRP is poised to have use in that aspect and so the 'potential' is trillions in mcap. But that's a unicorn story.
Pay attention to the cycles!! Halving event is coming up in May. Look at the charts in the past and see what happens after the halving event. Great podcast!!

I had the opposite experience. I came into crypto world thinking I was going to be rich. and I became quickly humbled. the markets went down I lost $3000, This past 3 months I put my money into miners only for now the miners to halve their prices. I had the bad side of the stick. But it’s making me understand it’s not what I thought it was going to be like. My moves now are maybe put money into Salon Crypto. I think it’s a good investment. I also am buying one full Nvidia for $880 in stock market. That looks like it will be worth a lot in future.
1:05:00 - me I did i bought at $3.5k and sold at $59k I held XRP for yrs .. and earlier when BTC broke ATH and ETH also approached ATH and XRP was -0.50%, that was the last straw, I swapped my bag for ETH

Great episode! A few things stuck out to me: 1) Even the best lose. We all know this but every time I hear someone on your episode whose been successful talk about the losses it helps me push on. 2) This is a business. Sit down and think about the numbers - what return are you looking for? Once you know this, then execute the trade and leave it be till stop is hit or TP is hit. I often have same mindset Trader Mayne talked about early on in his career of wanting to see it go up just a little bit more or closing a loss out early only to see it reach TP. I need to be better at accepting the RR when entering trades. If I'm long then know I have bought a contract at X price and have already accepted I will Sell it at X price if my thesis is wrong.
