Family members need to know boundaries. Some family members think its OK to control their siblings or children's lives just because they claim to be family and can make better decisions. I honestly believe if family members didn't try to dictate and control relationships would be better.
Asian families don't leave any chance for making a way out. Their words are really sharp sheikh!
Bhaaeijaan, I just thought like n went back to my husband's family, they hurt me just they did it before.... Nothing changed, in fact I had a bonus from slipper beat talks from my youngest brother in law.
It still hurts after all these years!

We must teach all humans how to be extremely loving as well as keeping the possibility alive that Sahaba wdnt hv converted if they hadnt loved Allah above family. There is no one size fits all. There will be times when we choose God over family n friends.
