    There are 1440 minutes in a day. 1% of each day is 14 minutes. Finding 2% of your day to meditate will hugely enrich your experience of the other 98%

      A brilliant way to drill this down! Taking it further, we could say:
      Sleep = ~30% & Meditation = ~2%?
      It's a no brainer...
