The video is about a 2008 Dallara GP2 formula car I saw at Franciacorta International circuit, in Italy. The car is moved by a 4 liter Renault V8 engine which is able to produce 600 hp at 10000 rpm.

Kind of sounds like the Judd 3.4 unit. Great sound.
In case anyone was wondering, this isn't actually a Ferrari F1 car and all their old F1 cars are under lock and key at the factory, even the ones they've sold to collectors. That's actually a Dallara GP2/08 done up in a mid/late 2000's Ferrari F1 livery.

Gp2 is gana sound better then F1 next year
In some ways it already does, might not be quite as loud but I think without the excess noise in the downshifting these sound more natural during the upshifting and have more torque!
listen to the test ferrari did with a Laferrari and a 2014 f1 engine. it was a really short half throttle test and yet it sounded out of this world

Its not... because its not a real ferrari f1 car, its not even a f1 car. Its a replica of the ferrari F2004. The malboro logo wasn't black on the wing and from other views of it, its missing the amd logo on the wing, the shell logo on the side intake, the multiple Vodafone logos around the car. Also louvers weren't seen until very recently in f1. The car is a gp2 car from 2008 since it looks exactly like one.

Always thought it stupid gp2 cars had a proper sized engine (4.0) V8 but F1 cars just had Poxy 2.4's!

Raymond Isaak the Lola's crackle more under breaking though and I'd say where marginally more throaty in their overall sound.
