One consistent thing with Julia is her love for bathtubs within enclosed shower spaces. I myself like to keep my wet areas together. Not such a huge fan of exposed tubs just for the sake of aesthetics. Also ang interesting na Julia adapted to an international audience by using terms like service area instead of dirty kitchen for example. And the primary suite instead of master bedroom
Okay na sana, ganda ng overall design, malinis. Perfect na elderly room yung kwarto sa ground floor. Kaso andyan pa rin yung pet peeve ko na iisang kwarto yung wardrobe at t&b. But anyways, kung mapapasaakin yan palalagyan ko na lang ng wardrobe yung mga mismong kwarto at yung mga wardrobe na nasa t&b e yun yung para sa mga bathrobe, malinis na twalya at bathroom supplies. Yung sa primary room e maglalagay ako ng pinto para ihiwalay yung walk-in closet sa t&b. Pwede din ako magpa install ng solar panel sa bubong dahil sa dami ng appliances na kelangan sa ganyang kalaking bahay e siguradong paiyakan din ang bill.

If you are really a follower of Presello, this house looks very similar on the featured house tour 278. The materials, design, planning, looks like same architect and contractor.
It’s a shame that they put together what is an overall nice home but so many developers in PH gail on the small details. For example, those horrible birds nest of wires out front of the property? Why didn’t the developer coordinate with Meralco and bury them. Why not hide the the electric panel in the entrance area? Cheap plastic electrical outlets throughout? No elevator and my biggest pet peeve is when giving your property high ceiling why not factor in using ducted air conditioning instead of those damn ugly mini splits everywhere? The un used roof is a real missed opportunity for an entertainment space as well.
