Atty Hassan Hamade represented me in a matter years ago. He's a great defense attorney. I could not recommend anyone else for the job. He did an excellent job today for his client.
The Defense lawyer is sticking out his neck for the defendant. He has an excellent lawyer. I don’t understand why the surrender of the weapons has been/is so complicated for the defendant or whomever was suppose to surrender them.
If the defendant was able to get the weapons turned into the police that quickly, when his freedom was threatened, he should face some sort of consequence for his blatant violation of the court's orders up until that point.
Hi AC! ❤ his def lawyer is "quirky." Lol not sure what to make of him? If i were this guy I'd be afraid to turn the guns in bc I'd be in posesseion of them. What am i missing? Why don't the cops go out and get the guns? I think I'm missing something lol. I ❤ judge simpson. It was genius (or experienced) of him to hold the guy until the guns are turned over. Otherwise it's too easy for them to "forget" or "not understanding" lol. Holding the guy makes it happen. My bad. After you said that he didn't hold him, after all, i was surprised.
