You've been teaching us how to apply makeup a long time ago, and not only that. You have become someone we all look up to. For all these years, we got to see your passion in every single video, and you have inspired us in so many ways. You probably don't know that you have made somebody's day, or that you have changed a life. You, my dear Mich, have done much more than just teaching us how to choose the correct shade of foundation, or how to wing out the eyeliner. You have taught us to see the world in different perspectives, to see the world through the eyes of art. And now, as I am watching this video, it makes me smile. We have been with you through your journey, and somehow you have been with us too. In your first video, you were so shy. I'd actually quite enjoy it if everybody would stop comparing Michelle to Zoe. You see, I love both and I don't mind who ever has more subscribers. UA-cam isn't a competition to see who can get more subscribers, views or likes. They're both really successful and put effort into their videos. Now I've seen a comment saying Zoe doesn't help with anything but if it weren't for Zoe, I wouldn't have realized what anxiety is. Michelle also is really helpful. She also calms me and her tips are amazing. It's actually really sad to see people from their two fan bases attacking each other. They deserve what they have. (I don't want to start any arguments, I'm just saying my opinion)

I really do like it whenever youtubers make advice videos rather than the typical Q&A because it shows what you've done in life, and it gives out your experience and how to improve our own lives and not make the mistakes other people have!
Plus, your voice is so soothing, it actually feels like I'm having a 1 on 1 experience with you, even though I'm in a state far far away, and am hiding in my room ^.^

Hey Michelle. I hope you will have a time to reply to this. I am a self-conscious person. I dont have any confidence at all. I am really weak. I've been bullied a lot and youtube is my only escape from the reality of life. My parents are divorced which makes it so much harder for me. Everyday I wake up I think "Why am I still here? Can't i just die? I can't take it anymore." Every night I will cry myself to sleep. My mom doesn't know about my problem because she herself is busy with what she's dealing. Can you give me some inspiration? Tips? Your words really comfort me. Everytime I watch your inspirational videos, it makes me smile and give a little light to my hopes.

I'm definitely not Michelle and you don't know who I am but I wanted to reply because I feel like you're being brave in sharing this because SO many of us feel this way sometimes (even a lot of times). I just wanted to say that we unfortunately project both the good and the bad in ourselves to the world. The bullies project their insecurities on other people and it's very contagious. By not being like them, you're a thousand steps ahead. They're not happy with their lives but that doesn't mean that you shouldn't be happy with yours. This will sound cheesy but I just watched the new Cinderella movie and the message was simple yet powerful: be brave and be kind. And I'll add this tidbit: be kind to yourself. You deserve everything you propose yourself to do and you can reach further than the edges of the universe if you dream big enough.

Do you have any friends?? If you have you can tell your troubles to someone you can trust.. You should always try to build confidence. If you are confident, nobody dares put u down.. Of course some may try, but if you are a truly confident person that won't affect you. If you are bullied,always tell someone you can trust, your mother!?? Or your teacher?? No matter what i think u should inform your mother about it, Afterall she's still your mother.. How did the people bully you?? School? Show them you are confident..strong... The reason why they bully you is because they know you are not strong,confident. Saying you are weak,you are... Doesn't help. For real, who the heck can help you?? Nobody.. But yourself. You are weak because you are too conscious about what people think of you... There's no need to care about that. Everyone has flaws, born with imperfections... So what if your parents divorced, you got bullied.. There's still people that is struggling to get food,to survive. You're not suffering the worst... Girl. This is just life, with circumstances.. Remember, one day will be the time where you can be comfortable with yourself, then u can learn to be strong... When the time is right..you'll know.

I love that pillow talk will be an ongoing series. I think it's truly important for all of us to connect and relate to one another. Woman today deal with so much pressure to be perfect, and men go through so much just to be an alpha male or the tough guy. Truth is, we all have feelings and we all go through pressure. I'm currently nearing my exams and all I can think about 24/7 are my exams and I feel stressed and it's having impact on every aspect of my life (including sleep and health). Do you have any tips which could help me be less stressed? THANKYOU so much and I absolutely adore you!!
Personally I find exercise to be AMAZING for clearing my mind. You might try some of the Blogilates videos here on UA-cam for when you need a study break! Some are as short as 3 minutes. Good luck on your exams! :)

KawaiiNeko RaraChan No problem! That's actually why I love the Blogilates workouts, they can all be done at home and almost all require absolutely no equipment :)
From my experience in college, I set time for myself (hot shower, etc) to give myself time to relax and reflect on what I have been studying. I focus on what I DO know, because if you start beating yourself down about how much you need to study more, to me, it can be overwhelming. I study 40 mins and give myself a 10 minute break. Remember to eat and sleep, carbohydrates give your brain energy and sleep helps you retain information :)

How about instead of not letting your kids not use social media or smartphones teach them internet safety instead. Kids are going to use social media or use smartphones without you knowing. Kids are sneaky. Kids are going to rebel. It's unrealistic to expect them to follow not using social media or use smartphones. Internet safety is the only answer.

So, a month or two ago, I really started liking this guy I go to school with. I'm only 12, and I know that its just puppy love and I don't need a boyfriend at all, but I really like him a lot. The problem is, he barely knows I exist. I mean, he knows me, but he has his group of friends, and I have my group of friends, and its hard to penetrate them. My friends try to give me advice, but they know about as much as relationships as I do, which is next to nothing. Should I tell him I like him? Should I give up? How do I talk to him without getting so nervous? How do I become friends with him without him thinking I'm a weird stalker girl?

Hey Michelle I hope you answer me because I really need advice.
So lately I have been having a really tough time... Ever since 2012 my family started to break apart and I got really sad and then at school I was insecure about myself because of the "popular girls" anyway then there was a time where I wanted to end it and commit suicide but then I found the kpop group Girls Generation! They inspired me a lot and at first I only like them for their looks but then I discovered there personality and I loved them a lot! But unfortunately last year my grandpa was getting more sick and he got in a coma... I was upset and sad. Then things just got worse and worse! But the thing that really hurt me the most was at the end of the year when I found put that Jessica left Girls Generation. I got so depressed and also the guy I've liked for 8 years left school and I can't see him anymore.. Then in 2015... I was slowly recovering from all the pain but then that's when something happened. For 12 days my grandpa had to stay in the hospital because he was sick. And one day we went to visit him and my sister and I started crying because we felt sorry for him, but then he said "don't cry look I'm okay" and after a while we stopped crying and before we left he shouted out "don't come late tomorrow morning" and my dad said ok. The next morning... My dad and my brother went to the hospital and after 30 minutes my mum decided to call my brother because she got worried. And during that I was in my room and I was looking at the Calendar and I said to myself "27 of January the day grandpa dies" but then I shook my head and I said "no Heidi I hope he lives a long life"
And after that while I was crying for my grandpa I heard my sister screaming. She ran up to me and I asked "what happened?!" And she said..."grandpa died!!!" I was so shocked and I started screaming and crying saying no it's not true and then my depression came back. Anyway I'm sorry I told you my whole life story but I wanted to ask you, what can I do to make myself happier? 😔💔

Well, I'm not Michelle, but I am so, so sorry for your loss, Kim. The only thing that's really going to make you feel better long term is time. I lost both my grandfathers when I was in elementary school and it is *tough*. Right now, just try to focus on what's good in life. Maybe the weather is getting nicer, maybe you have a trip coming up, or a TV show premiere you're excited for. Pick something that is going to happen in the not-so-distant future, and when you're feeling really bad just remember that that thing is coming and it will make everything seem brighter. I hope that helps at least a little! I've use that trick so many times. Sending good vibes your family's way xoxo
