We're both bad at football 🏈 no playoff appearances for both teams. Kansas is great at basketball but Kansas State is bad at everything.

@@Nanu67-e9j Kansas is only good at basketball, they're really nothing special in any of the other sports. Their basketball teams generally underachieve when it matters considering how stacked their rosters are every year. Kansas State at least had an extended run of being a football powerhouse thru most of the Snyder years and winning bowl games. Kansas has been downright awful in football over an entire decade now and were generally mediocre at best during the mid 90s and 2000's with 1995 and 2007 being the only years they were relevant. Kansas State football has been somewhat mediocre the last few years and still managed to dominate Kansas with very minimal effort.

Kansas seemed to have closed the gap as they actually had a few games where they stayed within 15 points of KSU (actually pretty good for KU football standards lol) but now this series is right back to being a bloodbath every season.
@@coreyrowe2598 You're telling me. I didn't think we would survive that 2018 game, and even the 2017 game we only won by ten and were outgained by KU.

They've stopped going after grad transfers and instead are trying to build an experienced group out of freshmen. Kansas will be looking decent in 2-3 years
@@TexboyGamer Gee Idk. I don't think Les can coach anymore. KU looked their best against WVU when Miles wasn't there. The HS recruits really aren't rated much lower than the guys K-State brings in though.

goop 321 that dude was Carter Stanley, his last two games freshmen year KSU & TX he threw for 522 yards and rushed for 78, then the following year rather than develop Carter, Beatty decides to go with the “one (mistake) and done” quarterback of the week crap, along with more than 16 coaching changes in just Carters time there. It’s a F’n 60 min train wreck every week now. I have to add yes, Carter did start and play last year. Finally. Different coach.
