- Cornwall has many stunning beaches along its coastline. In this video, we take you inside the 4-star Fistral Beach Hotel & Spa, located right next to Fistral Beach in Newquay, Cornwall.
It may be a 4-star hotel, but the Fistral Beach Hotel & Spa is certainly giving the nearby 5-star, The Headland Hotel a run for its money!
Filmed in January 2023, we spent one night here, followed by 3 nights at The Headland Hotel. To be fair, both hotels appeal to different audiences, with the Fistral Brach Hotel being an adult only hotel. We would recommend watching both this and our video on the Headland Hotel, to make up your own mind. Or do what we did and stay at both!
The hotel is right next to the hugely popular, Fistral Beach in Newquay on the west coast of Cornwall. Popular with surfers and families alike. The weather wasn’t overly great for this holiday in Newquay, however a year earlier in January 2022 and we had glorious sunshine and stunning sunsets!

Great video! Looking to book this for a weekend getaway with my girlfriend for her birthday. How does the leisure facilities work e.g the pool, hot tub, spa etc. I know the spa isn’t but Is the pool and/or hot tub included in the booking or do you have to pay when your there? If so how much?

We didn't get as far as the pool unfortunately, however I do believe it's included. The gym may be accessed using your room key card. I know we just walked in there.
