It makes it more believable with blood in it. Just like the scene in the end with Jin. Even with the censored version, I cried for months at the end. But if it had been a little more realistic with the blood, I probably would still be crying everytime I see the end LOL.
They really should have included the blood. When I first watched the scene, I didn't understand why little Shion was saying "I have to put it back". I was all like "WTF?", but when I watched the uncensored version it made more sense. The blood adds a more dramatic feel to the game.
I -thought- that scene was a lot less bloody than it turned out. Man do I have censorship--the original makes a hell of a lot more sense no matter how much blood there was (hurr and there wasn't -that- much!). Plus, I had been looking forward to lots of blood in this scene when I first saw it, dammit.
