In 1st Thessalonians 4: 16-17 the bible says " For the Lord Himself shall DESCEND ( the word descend means coming down ) from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel , and with the trumph of God, AND THE DEAD IN CHRIST SHALL RISE FIRST ( which also means that if u didn't die in Christ , then u will rise second) , if there's a first, then there's a second... also in Ecclesiastes 11: 3- 4 it tells us that where a tree falls there will it lies until judgment takes its course... EVERYONE, who's is dead now will stay in the grave until that day of reckoning...
