Nevada has the best town names ever!! Pioche, Tonopah, Winnemucca, Elko, Battle Mountain, Ely, Pahrump, Eureka, Jackpot, Lovelock, to name a few. :)
American Roads Oh And By The Way Folks, There IS No San Jacinto. The Only One I Know Of Is In California North Of Hemet In Riverside County.

You made one error. The Great Basin Desert goes all the way to Twin Falls, Idaho, and The Great Basin extends up to Bellevue, Idaho. Even though the topography dramatically changes in Idaho, Southern Idaho is certainly still Great Basin.
Cody Elliott The great basin is a drainage basin to where all the water drains internally and has no outlet to the ocean. The water from that point on goes into the snake River which runs into the Columbia River which runs into the Pacific ocean.
InterstateKyle and that is one of so many explanations for The Great Basin boundaries haha. You gave a hydrological definition I believe. Scientists always disagree about the boundaries, but I have lived in Twin Falls my whole life, and most residents, scientists and professors here call it the rim of the Great Basin Desert. I read a whole book on the Great Basin Desert.

Fun fact in that book, Clark County sued the State of Nevada for taking excessive tax dollars from the county to pay for the State's infrastructure needs.

Good God I hate then when I'm just out driving. At work it's easy to stop the car find out whats going on then carry on.. But when not at work slow drivers and weavers annoy the bejebus out of me.
