It’s sad that you can’t accept tips. Y’all are the baristas that deserve it the most with how often you can be understaffed with a long line.
And its a target thing, because at starbucks you can accept tips
@@TanCarvajal its nice at stand alone sbux because we get tips divided amongst each other weekly and usually get the most tips during drive thru

@@cocteautwin I’m a new barista! We got tips on my second day of training but not the other two days. Does it matter if you close the store or not to get the tips? How does it work?!
@@shantecarter172 I don’t work at Starbucks, but I work at Rita’s! For us we split the tips every time someone clocks out. A friend of mine at another location was told tips could only be divided for closers which is NOT true. So maybe speak to your manager? It might be different for Starbucks, but as far as I know, everyone gets their fair share.

I wonder why they don’t allow Starbucks workers get tips 🙄 they should especially bc sometimes you can see barrista working hard and on top of that they greet you with a smile and have a sweet,bubbly attitude..Maria you can tell you are one of them💖
When I used to work at this office I would always pass by this Starbucks near by & what I 💖 about that Starbucks all of the employees always were happy and sweet ( and I really mean all of them that’s a plus 🙌🏻)
It's because she works in Target Starbucks. So, technically she works for Target. It's still dumb, though.

I got the iced oatmilk shaken espresso with sweet cream cold foam (Venti) at my local Starbucks and only got a few sips out of it 😕 Plus it was almost $8!! Guess I should have asked for less ice...
Me too, but in my tea. I took mine back and poured it into another cup and showed them how little was in it. I asked em politely to remake it for me and that I WAS SORRY. The manager just scoffed and remade it. Lol.

Idgaf If that customer knows you're the one that made their drink and did it well you should take that tip. It's selfish to me when companies dont allow you to get more money in your pocket... Y'all already take out our taxes! & If that customer is giving it to you personally it's also selfish to split the tip amongst others when it's yours for YOUR HARD WORK. YOUR DRINK. For someone to personally hand you a little cash after you been making drinks all day BY YOURSELF yea you deserve it. I don't want you to get in trouble but you deserve all the tips and then some. CARRYING THAT WHOLE PLACE ON UR BACK RN 😭👏

I’m a former barista from way back in the day. I have a question. Why do you have to put the ice scoop back facing down? Like at 0:46
We always put it back with the scoop facing up.
Is there a health code reason as to why the scoop part faces down?
Ergonomically it makes sense to return it face up

Different syrups
So I don’t know much about Starbucks procedure.. how do you get clean cups each time you need to make a new drink? Do you wash them yourself?
Any shaker/pitcher or whatever is used for drinks is washed by the baristas , it’s just a sink that splashes water inside and it’s clean
Where can I buy the black tea?
it’s sad that your store doesn’t allow tips. the one near my house does, i don’t go there much but when i do i always tip them :)

Is "Dirty Chai" a regular menu item? or do you order Chai + espresso?
not a regular menu item, its a customized drink as chai tea latte doesnt include any espressos but you can always order it :-)
It's not a menu item, but it's pretty much super popular/common that the baristas will most likely know what you mean:) If not it's always safe to order the chai + espresso

espresso roast is the beans that starbucks use/sell, that becomes the espresso shots :-)

So question! What does it mean to have “no classic”?
The “classic” is referring to the classic syrup that are, by default, in some drinks, like iced coffee. It’s basically sweetener. So saying “no classic” would mean you don’t want that sweetener in the drink🤍

Today this afternoon after school and work I am going to stay home alone for a little bit of time until my therapist comes over to my house 2:00 pm with my 3 dogs and my bunny because no one will be home today this afternoon my mom will going to physical therapy’ my dad will go somewhere for work today’ tomorrow’ and Friday’ my sister Chloe will go to court today’ and my other sister Maggie will be at her work for her job working for my school CCSD district for foothill high school in case of an emergency if school police need to help people they will come to many different High schools if somebody needs help at a school so I am home alone today this afternoon for just a tiny bit.

starbucks is weird like that idk why they don’t allow. but when i used to work there, we would get tips that was sent to the store and we would spilt it up.
It might be because she’s working in a target starbucks and not an actual Starbucks cafe. I used to work at a starbucks in a grocery store and it was a “licensed” starbucks and they would allow us to receive tips but they wouldn’t give them to us 💀. Whereas now I work at a “corporate” starbucks so I actually get my tips. Idk fs tho, that’s just my experience

You definitely didn’t make the pink drink right it was more white than pink I would of had it remade for sure lol pink drinks are my absolute favorite I’m obsessed it’s all I get and my husband gets matcha 🍵 with oatmilk or the brown sugar oatmilk espresso ☕️ but the dragon drink looked delicious 🤤 but I still enjoy watching these videos thank you for taking the time to make them God bless you happy may 🌸💕
