A few tips (i often make similar drinks at home): -add some xanthan gum (often used in gluten-free baking) to the frappes. they will not seperate into ice and liquid (thats what places like starbucks also use) -piping whipped cream: going faster and closer to the surface should make it possible to form bigger swirls => faster, easier, prettier (And adding less ice so all of the shakes fit into the cup, or what some shops do is adding the dome and filling up through there)
I appreciate the fact that you only ever pick up two drinks at a time. Some baristas will try to carry large orders all at once and it always makes me antsy. Better safe than sorry!

How do you make the whipping cream?
You buy liquid whipped cream, add sugar and whisk, or the whisk machine (idk how to call that) and beat until the cream rise and thicken
