Where as in India our constitutional pandits surrendered the total executive powers, even partially judiciary powers also to legislature. Hence executive / president become inactive and judiciary partially inactive. They expected future leaders will be true Gandhi followers? or they were power crazy!? God knows 🙏🏼 . I doubt weather it is democracy or Monarch of some political families? Montesquieu said " power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely ". The result we see in UPA ten years scams. The assemblies & parliament dominated by criminal background members!? One General of France initiated reforms with 5th& 6th republic. He said perfection is not of this world and we need to tune the system to the needs of people. He elected president directly by people,., and given control powers like our CBI, ED, IT, EC, home etc. Germany Bentham& John stuvrt mill principles to be adopted to assess the laws.
