-They value Asmond's popularity, that's why they made sure to put the original blindfold on his radar.
-They know Asmond is not very educated on the subject of blindfold run, he even says it himself.
And when he says he'd have to get someone more qualified to set the standards for a third run, the mod still try to have him set those standards immediately, because that standard would be easier to circonvient than something set down by someone like Karl Jobst.

Trying to pass the third monitor off as “just for chat” makes no sense, because she made a show of pretending that she read a chat message from the one to her left when when messed up and read it for the right hand one. There is no way to avoid the fact that she was hiding something.

The better argument for how nonsense it is, if it's just chat she moved over to the right...where'd OBS go from her main monitor when the run was over? She drags and moves "chat" to the right, she moves her mouse to the left with no clicks, then she starts the run, so OBS should still be on the main monitor yet at the end we see it's just the windows start menu and game with no OBS, its magic! lol

But even giving all the undeserved benefit of the doubt in the world, it still makes no sense. Cos why not just acknowledge the monitor and tell people what it is used for? Why not at least spin one of the other cameras around for a second to show what is on it? It’s not like they are concreted or welded in place I assume.
But even then, why leave it uncovered anyway, just because it’s “not relevant”? She’s allegedly blindfolded so she should not be able to see what is on it, be that her chat, Netflix, a Word document detailing how to cheat at blind runs or whatever. Tell people the screen exists and show it being covered up. That stops it being a problem.

When you go to see your primary care physician (PCP), unless you’re seeing the MD who’s name is on the door, you’re probably being seen by a PA (physician’s assistant). They’re generally non-specialists who treat everyday ailments, though there are exceptions. I used to work in a doctor’s office and we had three PAs and one MD, and that MD only worked half days twice a week.

I thought echolocation was about "feeling" the sound wavelength and not hearing the sound bouncing back, but I may be wrong though 🤔
@@PierreMETAL32 Either way, the echos have to be physically present for echolocation to be used, not through digital means like headphones or speakers. So for the use of echolocation, you need to fight in person so the sounds can bounce off of the environment for you to locate the target that is there physically with you, not through a screen. People are misusing the term echolocation because it's impossible to do in a video game. They really mean sound cues location.
@@PierreMETAL32 Sure one can “feel” the sound waves, but the only way we can distinguish the location is through the difference that one ear perceives relative to the other. That why you can tell where a sound comes from. For echolocation it’s even more precise because they control the output, so the the returning wave gives them distance and even speed of the object.

You made an amazing point about 23 minutes in, she wanted to show this off to a huge streamer who wasn't as experienced in this game instead of people in the Monster Hunter community, probably because of name recognition (and not being as likely to detect BS). It sucks how many people on social media are just consumed by narcissism and care more about clout than having any sort of passion for a community.

The point of them going for Asmon for rules and permission is their hope that since hes so opinionated but naive about rules and requirements to legitimize the run that he will state terms that leave loopholes they can easily abuse again. They werent expecting him to be aware of his previous lack of knowledge in the first 2 videos and learning more about things between the first and second Karl vids and understanding he isnt qualified to set the terms alone.
I love that they went to him for "requirements" instead of Karl, the guy leading the investigation into both of her cheat runs AND who has a whole channel around people cheating at games or to a blindfold community member. But no, let's ask multiple times to the guy with less experience even when he rejects it because of said inexperience.

Karl: has hundreds of deep dive videos exposing men for cheating at video games.
3 days after Karl's first video she had a stream talking about her plans to blame "I am a woman" "What if I didn't have the support system I have?" "This was a targeted campaign" and other things.
The wildest thing in my opinion is the 2nd mod who said that they've killed the boss 8800 times. We already know pwnzalot has beaten alatreon 4500 times so it's not out of the realms of reality, but if you just look at the number of hours spent on just 1 boss... Assuming each run took about 5 minutes that's 733 hours or 30.5 days. Even if you say that they're a dedicated speedrunner and they average at world record pace, that's still 293 hours of raw playtime. However going back to the 5 minute average because I personally think it's more than fair, and that alatreon has only been out for like 4 years (technically less if you count the months), that's like roughly 30 minutes a day or 15 hours a month since release. Again, not crazy but still a ridiculous amount of dedication to just one boss...

That's one of many things I don't get, how is she simultaneously a small streamer nobody as her mod called her, yet she gets a Capcom Creator partnership? Then again, this is Capcom USA, the same company that thought drag queens would be the perfect spokespeople for that Exoprimal game.
Just going to assume those in-person blindfolded runs (which she has no experience or history with blindfolds despite years of this) were using her old blindfold which was visibly on screen transparent. But as the mod says theres no evidence of wrongdoing😂
With the whole turning off the monitor thing, they were trying to misconstrue turning off the monitor with "unplugging" the monitor. When you turn off your monitor (hit the power button) your computer still detects it. Your streaming layout only gets screwed up IF you unplug your monitor.
I've turned off my monitor with my PC running all the time. It DOES move my windows around, but all my inputs and stuff still work. They are just using that as an excuse to make it sound like it creates a much bigger problem

This is my first time ever seeing Purrodie. UA-cam stuck it in my recommendation and I thougt the pen drawn Vtuber look was so cool. I already sat through the hour long Asmongold video on his channel, but her commentary was amusing. It's also worth it to sit through the "I'm a physician" guy again. I haven't confirmed for myself, but I saw people saying that he has an online presence and claims to be an osteopath, which is not a recognized form of medicine and doesn't require any fancy things like getting accredited or a college degree. On top of that, even if he were the best osteopath in the world, an osteopath wouldn't know a typical human stress response any more than anyone else.
The only thing that annoys me in this from Asmon's side is near the end he talks about how she looks to the right and fixes her hair, a better argument would have been she looks to the right and re-centre's her character on screen after the fights finished with her monitor's still covered. The hair things a point but yeah plenty of people fix there hair because it's in your eyes or it feels out of place etc.
the "shes texting me" moment also gets me, its literally an instant he gets a reply before even getting time to send a first text.

Quick explanation about the monitor thing: some combos of monitors and video cards that use display port as connectors are "plug&play", this means that when the monitors are off are considered as unplugged, and windows rearrange the programs of the "disconnected" monitor to a "connected" one. Other monitors goes into sleep mode, which only turns off the leds that light the screen. This doesn't happens with all the setups any way, at least with my 5700xt and a samsung f27g used to happen. I used to need to turn on my monitor before turning on the computer or otherwise the graphic card wouldn't recongnize any monitor plugged in and won't start at all.
Any ways, if she has a dual setup for streaming with a elgato 4K as one of the "experts" said (which is not listed on her setup), she shouldn't be able to have on the same monitor the game and OVS at the same time because the screen is for ovs or the game, for the streaming pc or the gaming one. So she doesn't have a dual setup... all lies

As a licensed counselor who works a lot with nonverbal stress response, you are more likely to be constricted and closed off the more stressed you are like Asmon was saying.
No, not just turning off a monitor. You don't actually need a monitor at all. Just remove them from the room. No need for her to have any monitors at all. She can just face the wall and stare directly at a blank wall. This way she doesn't even need a blindfold. In fact, if she does not have a blindfold on, we can see exactly where her eyes look during the whole blindrun.
The thing with turning monitors off messing with the position of the windows exists mostly with monitors plugged in with DisplayPort. Some of them, when your turn them off, act like they are not plugged in at all, some even do that when they are going to sleep, mine for example act like it's removed and replugged when I turn it on (on Windows 11, you have a little animation on all the screens when you plug a screen), it's an annoying problem on Windows 10. But at least, Windows 11 tries to be smart and reposition your windows where they should be when it happens. And since she is on Win11, she doesn't have that much of an excuse, and that should not be a problem for her OBS, since she is capturing the game window directly, not her screen.
There's a saying "Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice, shame on you." At this point there is no "standard of proof" that will show that someone who's lied and cheated twice is telling the truth.
39:05 she wouldn't even need to buy a new camera since she has a phone. She has shown that she didn't use it as a camera since both cameras were showing footage while she was showing something on her phone. So she could have just used the phone as a 3rd camera or even ask a friend or family member for one

23:10 The reason that "physician" is asking Asmon for validation seems simple to me. It's not only about clout, but rather trying to play on Asmon's ego and getting a less-informed party to "accept" her. That's why they're not asking the MH community or blindfold community about this; it's already over for her and she knows she cannot win them back.
It's also funny that he keeps saying that she's being put on a whole higher standard for this, while most blindfold cheaters don't ever get a second chance after getting caught. Not only that, we have situations like Dream who had a 29-something pages essay written to show how he cheated. The fact that he, and QueenPnzalot, even THINK they're being put on a higher standard regarding this is another showcase of her inflated ego.

Saying “I’m a physician” is about as specific as saying “I’m a scientist” you could be a geologist and trying to weigh in on astrophysics- being a scientist doesn’t necessarily make you an expert on everything science.

While 100%, she cheated.... The comment about turning off the monitors affecting OBS is plausible. HDCP 1.0 displays fully disconnect from the graphics driver when they are put to sleep. This causes the graphics driver to re-evaluate the display configuration which can have a lot of effects such as crashing full screen applications, breaking and/or crashing OBS, and several other possibilities. It's EXTREMELY unlikely that she has a monitor with HDCP 1.0 .... But it's technically possible....
Both myself and asmon and others have tested it live (I showed this in my video has well) so it seems very slim! However even if that is something that happens, if you really wanted to legitimize your run you would find a way to work around it other than paper hehe
It is technically possible but what shows it's just a lie is her mod in the end of that conversation just went "Ok fine we'll turn them off next time" so if it was that much of an issue then he wouldn't of been able to confirm it's fine for the next run on the spot, they'd have said it's something they need to look into.

It's not really ego its just denial and a deflection method, don't talk about the actual problems from these runs, ask about how to validate a 3rd run instead so you don't have to answer any questions you can't answer.

Just because I’ve never heard someone say that; even if she would use panning in the stereo to align herself she could only do it on an horizontal axis, not on the vertical since there is no “up” or “down”, only “left” and “right”
Tldr: in theory she could use left right audio signals to align herself on a horizontal level, but she could never ever deduct from audio alone where his head is at.
The whole thing about turning off monitors and screens moving around is true. From what I understand, there's something in the displayport cable that actually detects if a monitor is on. If a monitor is off, it essentially tells windows that there's one less monitor so windows has to adjust accordingly.
The problem here is that it ultimately has no bearing in the blindfolded run. I'm not a streamer but I believe streamers do window capture as opposed to a monitor capture. If streamers are using window capture, then it doesnt matter which monitor the game is in. They're bringing up an irrelevant explanation to their BS.
If I were a streamer I would absolutely never do monitor capture. You never know what will pop up that you don't want shown.
Yup! I myself used game capture while testing turning off the monitor myself and everything worked fine ^^

yeah, I have an hdmi and a vga monitor, turning off either of them doesn't do anything. maybe if they unplugged the cables?
57:10 to be fair people do fix their hair even without looking at them self. I do it all the time. And one could argue that she fixed her hair because she just took off a blindfold wich probably would mess up the hair.
The much more important proof that she had obs on her 3rd monitor is that we can see it. We can see that befor the run she had obs on her main monitor on top of the game, she then covers the monitor, holds the left mouse button and moves the mouse to the right. After the run when she removes the paper obs isn't on the main monitor anymore. So where did it go? That we saw obs on her main screen and later not anymore is the biggest proof that she draged it to the 3rd monitor

Oh hey, this is the first time I've been recommended one of your videos! I absolutely love your model, It's so distinct and has such a fun style! But I feel like the video was pretty hard to watch in the beginning since it was so chaotic and had no context.
