    Amazing insights! I honestly feel the same way about food and my own body.. I still wonder why our outward appearance matters soo much more than what we have to offer as a person.

    Majorly Relate....had a lot of self image and body dysmorphia issues growing up. But it does get better...having supportive friend and family is crucial. I've tried to choose my circle more wisely and can already feel the difference! Glad to have you in my circle as well Janaki!
