A good pushup variation I've never seen demonstrated: scissors pushup - one-legged pushups with a twist - switch legs in mid-air. I really enjoy doing these.

I can understand that there are a lot of people who are still on a lower training level, but I personally would wish to geht some new level 6 or above one hour workouts. Jordan, your workouts are by far the best available on UA-cam, but I have done your longer advanced workouts again and again now and would highly appreciate some variety.

After 21 days challenges from may 01 - may 21.. rest couple days and do some calisthenics basic for couples weeks.. And today notice a pop up from Jordan, immediately follow the routine.. Wow.. my whole body really "basah" 😂😂😂 Bodyweight workout + 32°C is a real deal..👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Im disabled.. i can't use my legs. So far i can use none of these exercises because they all require leg usage to some extent. Please remake this video 🙏
