    I missed 2 weeks out of any training and after finnishing this one I feel exhausted. In a good way. Thank you, Jordan! These lvl3 are much more challenging than couple years ago. Keep doing what you doing!

    A good pushup variation I've never seen demonstrated: scissors pushup - one-legged pushups with a twist - switch legs in mid-air. I really enjoy doing these.

    I can understand that there are a lot of people who are still on a lower training level, but I personally would wish to geht some new level 6 or above one hour workouts.
    Jordan, your workouts are by far the best available on UA-cam, but I have done your longer advanced workouts again and again now and would highly appreciate some variety.

    So I went to your channel again you’re no gym, full body workout video the one that has more views 31 is the best no gym full body workout at home I have seen in and done myself more than others again I’ll put a workout mat increase the seconds from 30 to 40 seconds and also use a shirt instead of a towel but it works right
