    In today's video I'm going to show you hoe to do an elbow stall. That's right in this video I'm going to show you how to perform an elbow stall like a professional flair bartender. By the end of this video your going to be able to do the elbow stall with confidence, with ease. You'll know all the steps and what you need to do to get to that level of being able to do it perfect.
    Step 1 - The Balance
    Step 2 - The Catch
    Step 3 - The Throw
    There's 3 steps of being able to perform any kind of stall. For the elbow stall you need to find the invisible table on your elbow to be able to balance it confidently.
    Throwing the bottle correctly is eighty percent of how you catch. So get throw correct and the catch will be much easier. It does take practice. Practice enough and you'll be able to get that move in no time.

    A correct example is better than any verbal explanation. And if you add a couple of thousand repetitions to this example, it will help to achieve the intended result. In general, a great visual lesson, like))

    Правильный пример лучше всяких словесных разъяснений. И если добавить к этому примеру, пару тысяч повторений, то это поможет достигнуть намеченного результата. В целом отличный наглядный урок, лайк))

    So what if I want to do the elbow stall without the behind the back flip? Is there a consideration for that?

    • @TomDyerBartender
      @TomDyerBartender  4 роки тому

      Of course. You can throw the bottle from any position. The practice is the same. Learn how to balance the bottle, then to catch and then throw. Start with a simple flat throw straight up if that helps. Hope that makes sense?

    • @TomDyerBartender
      @TomDyerBartender  3 роки тому +1

      Get a practice training bottle or practice the movement with a soft ball. Just remember it won't happen immediately, it takes time and remember to learn from each try and slowly improve your skills

      @@aniketsonawane1153 Take your time and cushion the catch so it hurts less and try and soft item to practice. Good luck
