yup they make it illegal for us legal citizens, yet we all know criminals carry everywhere they go. so if god forbid the Indianna situation happened the hero wouldve been charged. at the end of the day id rather have it and make sure my family is ok and have to face the ridiculous consequences later than have my family helpless.
I told someone in a comment section 6 months after the constitutional carry law was passed that if you get caught carrying into a business that posted these signs you can and will get arrested. They told me that wasn’t true. They told me the only thing that they can do is ask you to leave the business.
Only with a license to carry do you get the "option" to leave. Without a license you do not have trespass protection and can be charged immediately without being asked to leave.
46.03 and any other no gun signs ONLY apply to those carrying under "permitless carry". It does NOT apply to license to carry holders. Also, those carrying without a license have more places they CANNOT carry compared to LTC holders.

How are gas stations able to put a 30.06 sight up? They usually have the no consumption of alcohol sign up too. Not sure if they are thinking you might drink there with a firearm?
Any business can post a 30.06 sign. The signs gas stations usually post about alcohol are the "notice" signs that have nothing to do with "consumption" but they are no longer legally binding anyway.

Sad these signs exist. I live in the city of the walmart which was shot up by some, clear law abiding citizen. Two soldiers in the stores didn't have their weapons. I can imagine how many lives could have been saved had these signs not been on the walmart door
I don't know exactly what signs are at the Houston mall. Malls are also different because you have the main walkways that are the "mall" than you have each individual store that may have different signs.
With a non resident permit that Texas honors you get the same trespass protection that a Texas permit has......Think of it the same as a Texas permit...

Applebees is not on the prohibited places list so they have no clue what they are posting. They may be mistaking it for a 51% sign but they would not be off limits under 51% law either. With several new signs, businesses are confused.
It won’t be long now before business owners start to rebel at all the gun signage they have to post in order to keep a pistol out of their shop. If they want NO guns at all in their shop, they now have to post a gun buster sign [30.05], 30.06 and a 30.07 sign. I know some gun owners won’t have much sympathy for them - that includes me - but it also doesn’t mean they’ll start complaining to the legislature. Just sayin’…. 😶

What about 46.03 signs? I often times see them on hospitals even though you’re allowed to carry in hospitals.

My info is correct, it also depends on IF you have a LTC or not...Without a license to carry you can't ignore any gun buster sign. You can with a LTC.

Without a license you have to obey any and all no carry signs plus follow other restrictions.
