The ingredients come up to 8 Kilograms without the Rebar. How did all that not be more than 7 Kilograms. Am I missing something. I love your videos by the way. I plan on making some stuff myself. The bows are OK but feel like I would get a better work out with real weight. I was thinking about making a charcoal forge and melting aluminum cans down to make aluminum plates from the melted soda cans but I think after seeing you make the concrete ones that is a better way maybe .

If you are using in case of pulley make bigger plate like 20 kg, because in pulley the effective weight on your arm will be half 10kg.
You should add some chopped up fiberglass insulation to help strengthen the concrete overall.

The brace was just a 8mm iron rod. And the one i used for molding the plate was flat galvanized sheet. You can use a basin tho if you want thanks!

For Ex. if you are going to make a 5KG plate then
the ratio is 2kg cement 2kg sand 1 kg stones.

thats not concrete. thats mortar. Concrete uses coarse aggregate ( stones and gravel). you should try a concrete weight, it would add more weight
