Overflow pipe maybe connected in outlet pipe by providing T to avoid unnecessary hole in water tank. And provide separate valve control in each tank is always best method.

You didn't put any tangit inside of the union. You only put it on the pipe. Should go both on the pipe and inside the union

Kabhi kabhi water block ho jata hai ,outel wali tanky mein,aur jab pump se full krte hai ,to ik sath air lekar sara pani nikal jata hai.
Kya reason hai.
Jeh do connection hai tanky ka.
Badhi wali uper 1000 ltr,choti 850 ltr niche.
Badhi meein air vent hai,choti mein nahi.
Overflow choti tanky se hota hai
Pani kyun block hota hai reason and solutions bta sakte hai

For Air exhaust, otherwise water down flow will not go smoothly. Extended pipe has to be higher than water tank .

When u open machines water first fills,
100% first tanker n gets over flows,
It dosent 100% fills 2nd tanker... from 1st tanker only half of the water goes in 2nd tanker . Again u open ground water machine then 20 percent moves in 2nd tanker ,
They do not fill symetric full its not 100% optimal water filling in 2nd tanker.

Thread (chudi) wale portion par solution nahi lagana chahiye. Sirf Teflon Tape laga jar kasne chahiye. Bad may kabhi kholna pada to asani se khul jayega 2 tankiyon ka connecting pipe.
