We are about to head for our 4th trip :) and one of our must do's is we always ride the teacups first and just Spin all the worries and stresses out of our heads so we can enjoy the trip . We also love the people mover aka TTA as a way to have a mini mind break and reflect on what we have done or what we want to do next. I agree the ferryboat is better both coming and going, we always stand on the top tier castle side and enjoy the ride. Love your videos!
I can recommend as a seasoned disney parks visiter in Florida the water parks, more specifically blizzard beach, beautifully themed and whilst not the most "disney" of the parks it really is a magical and very fun experience!
Thank you so much I was completely clueless on what to do at Disney world it's my first time and I'm excited to see different Disney movie characters I hope there is a Peter Pan or stitch themed ride or character
This video really helped me make a plan for when I got to Florida for the first time next month! I'm so nervous and excited and I now I have a better idea of things to make me feel like I'm at Disney World. Thank you! - Helen xox
Great video guys :) I'm going back after a 10 year break next year and I am SO excited. I am taking my fiancé and my son who will be 2 so really hoping we will be able to cut the ribbon at magic kingdom!!
Thanks so much! That is so, so exciting, so happy for you! It's going to be so amazing having your son there. I hope you get to cut the ribbon too! :) xxx
My daughter bought a light colored baseball cap and got all of her autographs on the hat. The characters thought it was awesome and she still wears the hat today at 21.
Please take me to Disney with you. ❤️😂 My parents only ever plan to go for one day and only to Magic Kingdom. And they only ride the rides. No princesses or parades. and it's really stressful. I just want a long, magical, fun trip.
The first time i went i was 11 and i didnt realise the impact on going to disney so i didnt enjoy it a lot, now i'm 16 and it feels like im going for the first time, in a month i'll be there all the way from mexico to the happiest place on earth! I can't wait thanks for your advices it really helps me to get an idea on what to do ❤️
Thank you so much for this video! I live in Florida and I go to Disney World about once a month haha. My best friend is coming down the June and we are spending a whole week in Orlando. She has never been to Disney, and I am so exicted to go to Disney with her. I wanted to put a list together of what we should do, and this helped so much. Thanks!
I have been to disney world Florida 4 times and disney hong kong once, I am going to disney land Paris at Christmas with my four nieces and three nephews who have never been before. I am so excited and want to make sure they have the best time possible x
I was 14 when I first visited Disney World, and now 20 yrs later I am taking my two kids for there first time in may 2016! Thank you for this video, you two ladies are just lovely and had some great ideas for first timers! I am a huge fan of Everything Disney and I cannot wait to make some amazing memories with my family, I get emotional just thinking about it lol
This was really helpful! Thanks for all the great tips :) I'm going to DisneyWorld for the first time this summer and I'm so excited! I really want to meet Merida she's my favorite princess lol :)
I've been to Walt Disney World twice, and we were going to go to rope drop the second time we went on our first full day, but my dad had ear ache so we got to Magic Kingdom at 11:00!! We are definitely going to go to rope drop this year, so knowing what time to get there is so so helpful!! I love your channel +Ellie Steadman !!
My sister works in Epcot in the uk pavilion and I never really enjoy going around it but I loved it this last time because she has friends working all around the world. I think if you want to walk around the pavilion and you have children you can do that phineas and ferb thing which used to be Kim possible! Great video for first timers💗
I'd love to work at Epcot so much, wish I could even tho I am not the biggest fan of the park! I bet she loves it. My brother did that Phineas and Ferb thing and it was so funny to watch a 16 year old running around with a 'spy phone'. Thanks so much :) xx
Hi guys i have subscribed to both of you i have a trip booked to Disneyworld for the first time next year with my 3 children and my boyfriend we are all so excited i have done Disneyland paris before and loved it so cant wait to do Disneyworld thanks for all the amazing videos i think i have watched everyone you have both made cant wait for many more
if it's easier maybe consider going for a lighter base like a bb cream or tinted moisturiser with spf that you could top up through the day? I'll do a video on park make up soon! :)
Epcot is amazing we didn't realize how much there was to do and see and it probably merited more than one full day. I'd definitely put it above animal kingdom.
I live an hour from Orlando so my friends and I are going to the parks all the time. my friends dad was a cast member so they would get in for free and she didn't even know until I told her how much it is per person to get in.
This is so helpful ladies! We have just surprised our 4 year old son with his first ever family holiday going to Disney world ,we recently filmed it to get his reaction
I'm soooo glad Louise (sprinkle of Glitter) liked this video! I've subbed and having a marathon of your vids aha! Would love to collab with you one day :) xx
Sameena Arr whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat? How do you know Louise liked this video? If it's true that's made my year! Thank you so much for watching and subscribing :) xx
I'm doing some late night YouTubing and this video really made me think about what I do at Disney. I'm fortunate enough to where I can go about every 2 weeks now (This Saturday will be trip 35). Even though I can go so often now I still have the "go go go" mentality. I think this Saturday I may try to actually take everything in and actually experience things. Great video (:
Omg omg omg I am going to Disney world during April vacation and I can't wait. This was my Christmas gift. Any like special souvenirs or special things that will make this trip extra magical???
Thanks for video & tips! My best first time tip is to pace yourself and plan breaks. I did NOT follow this advice our first family trip, which almost made it our last. Luckily, 2nd try was much, much better.
Thanks for the tips!! Been saving for a good 4 or 5 years to go to Disney World and right now I've got the amount needed for a plane ticket to Florida (they're incredibly expensive), so yea 40 more years and I'll be able to go :') man I wanna go there so badly when I watch your and other Disneyfanatics' videos (especially for Gaston, but the 'real' one, the one Lane for Ferdalump always meets). He probably won't work there anymore once I've got the money... I've even made an entire list of fun things to say to him!! *cries a river* :') With a bit of luck I might be able to go to Disneyland Paris this year with the money from my temp job in July... Fingers crossed!!
We're planing on going next year for 2 weeks but was wondering wether if there's any need for us to get tickets for universal too or would there be enough for us in Disney.
Where I live here in the Colonies is a 10 hour drive to Disney World. When I see people like yourselves that have to make a trans Atlantic flight to get there I feel lucky. A 10 hour drive isn't a minor trip but it is much less expensive. As a Disney stock holder I love to see people that enjoy what Disney does.
Hi, I'm just watching this now as I'm going to Disneyland Paris on March the first and it'll be my first Disneyland experience since I was 1 and I was wondering whether they have the lion king show you mentioned at that resort and if so, where abouts? And also, can you meet any of the lion king characters, and again, where would be best to go? Thanks if you respond :)
Hi lovely! I'll be in Paris in March too for the first time. The Lion King show is actually only in Animal Kingdom at Disney World Orlando, sorry! The only characters from The Lion King you can meet that I am aware of is actually Rafiki and Timone, maybe some others at special occasions. If you ask a cast member in Paris they will be able to tell you who you can meet and where. :) Maybe see you there!x
I'd say take as much as you would be willing to spend as it will be very easy to spend all of it and more. Depends on how good you are at restraining yourself haha!
I'm in need of some serious help, I'm going to Florida soon & my family are seriously struggling on planning. We're going in October & I'm aware that you went in October 2015 and we're trying to book 'Be Our Guest' and I'm aware you ate there & we've had a confusion about MNSSHP and booking tickets, please could you do a detailed video on planning & booking & all things I need to know for going on my holiday. That would be much appreciated thank you x
skye hat haha only jokingly! Me and Charlotte have an ongoing disagreement about which show is better. I love Wishes and she loves Illuminations at Epcot. When this was filmed I really didn't like Epcot. :)
Hi, does Hollywood Studios need a whole day. I have the 3 day Park hopper and have to choose which 2 parks to go to on the same day and the order to go to them. Thank you
exclusivelynyc You could get most of it done in half a day if you use the Fast Pass system. Tower of Terror, Toy Story and Rock and Rollarcoaster are the main big rides. It's more shows at Hollywood Studios!x
***** Hi, thank you. Trying to get all 4 parks in in 3 days with 3 day Park hopper and fast past. Your guide is awesome. It's my go to for my first trip. 😊
I'm going on my first disney trip this summer for my uni graduation. Just a question-- how many days would you recommend going for? I want to see universal as well-- are two days in each park good enough? I'm having had time figuring this out.
+cusinator I'd take into consideration how far you are travelling from. If it's from the the UK/Europe I'd go for at least ten days, two weeks if you can. That gives you plenty of time to really take everything in at a good pace.
I'm going next week but we are only going to magic kingdom cuz we can't pay for the 2 day tickets to go to all four and I know there are the park hopper tickets but there is no way we can go to all 4 parks in 1 day
Shane Young Charlotte has been to Disneyland Paris so I'll definitely ask her if she reminds responding to you. I can't say for definite but I imagine it's an incredible place but I think for me Florida will always have the edge and is just on another level of how amazing it is, so I'd always pick Disney World!
Being honest, it's got nothing on Disney World. For various reasons... More parks and more rides at WDW, better food (yes, really!) and the weather is more predictable. However if you can look past that it's a lovely way to spend a few days and get your Disney fix and you can get a lot of similar merch from there. I;m planning a trip there very soon xx
Paris is more comparable to California, but less well maintained, it's smaller, the rock n roller coaster and space mountain rides are more intense than in Cali or Florida I personally really enjoyed myself, to the point where I went twice this summer, Paris is good if you want a 1 or two day trip as we managed to do almost all the rides we wanted to in one day at peak park times.
Loved this video, I'm going for my first time in August just me & my boyfriend. This had made me really excited to see all the different parks!!
You are going to have the most amazing time!x
We are about to head for our 4th trip :) and one of our must do's is we always ride the teacups first and just Spin all the worries and stresses out of our heads so we can enjoy the trip . Thanks so much!
That is so, so exciting, so happy for you! It's going to be so amazing having your son there. I hope you get to cut the ribbon too! :) xxx
If you're leaving the park at night, USE THE MONORAIL. The ferry gets SWARMED with mosquitoes at night! It'll be a horrible end to a magical day!
My daughter bought a light colored baseball cap and got all of her autographs on the hat. The characters thought it was awesome and she still wears the hat today at 21.
+Don Frye that's a fab idea!

I like Epcot during Food and Wine festival. It has more options even than the normal and most of the food is pretty cheap, but still real good.
rosemary j I loved the Food and Wine Festival too! It's a great way to try so many different tasty foods :)
I agree that Wishes is THE show, but Illuminations is better, and my favorite show... we have dessert view reservations in 3 weeks for Illuminatons!
Been twice! Love this video and everything you mentioned about food! So true! :)

have a great day in the Magic Kingdom!
***** thanks 😊
I was wondering if either of you had been to Disney in Paris. If you had, what did you think of it compared to Disney World Florida?
Paris is more comparable to California, but less well maintained, it's smaller, the rock n roller coaster and space mountain rides are more intense than in Cali or Florida
I personally really enjoyed myself, to the point where I went twice this summer, Paris is good if you want a 1 or two day trip as we managed to do almost all the rides we wanted to in one day at peak park times.

If you ever publish a book please let everyone know.
okay! :)
trade Disney pins with the characters!
How did you travel around disney, did you rent a car
Disney has buses that take you everywhere, when we wanted to leave Disney property we used Uber!
But the Norway ride got taken over by frozen so they took down the ride😓
I never new this, that is such a shame.
I'm going for Halloween for the first time ever, i think 27 years old and not do Disney is far to long lol big kid time
you are going to love it!!
