    Rava, white bread , wheat flour etc. these are high glycemic foods and should be avoided if one is having pcos.. better to go for oats upma, oats chilla etc.. and instead of having plain wheat flour opt for multigrain flour...

      Prepare so thin means creamy batter of 1/3 dal n rice with little Fenugreek seeds n boiled rice. Ferment n make either dosa or idli.
      As thin ur batter will be as nice ur dosa will come out.
      While grinding check on ur finger tips should not be granules.

    That was way too much water in the upma and the sandwich will be uncooked in the centre layer unless you grill it in a closed grill. Also instead of wasting time on the roti lifafha just roll sabji in it No ?

    These recipes are healthy for sure because 1. they're all vegan and 2. They use little to no oil. But these recipes are NOT quick at all! In fact they are time consuming and very tedious and complex!

      you can add baking soda..if you don't wish to add anything then mix everything in bowl and keep in warm place for fermentation for at least 8 hours..
