Yeah that's another function this controller has. I didn't mention it in the video because I thought stick calibration was more urgent to cover
hey, after i entered recalibration mode for gyro - what i suposed to do next? just wait? it blinks like few seconds and then it stops
It doesn't work here. Nothing happens when I press the combination of buttons with Down instead of Up.
@@enagonius It's a bit finicky on Vader 3 Pro, you have to press them almost exactly at the same time and wait for a bit. It's easier on recent controller (Direwolf 2 for example)
@@boombaka I see. I'll give it a try again. I managed to calibrate the analog sticks and triggers, but when I tried pressing down instead of up for the gyro it didn't work for me.

Hey bro do you know anything about this controller not being able to connect to a monitor? I've hard wired and screencasted and they both seem to upset and change all the buttons

Any idea why the start button now cycles through the hotbar on Minecraft? It's like if I was pressing RB and now can't get to the start menu....this ish is driving me crazy.

Thanks man, I have a question, in the flydigi software, specifically in the pad tester option, the left stick test the gyro (you lean the controller and it reads the left stick leaning the same way) , I have to press the left trigger to lock it and see the readings from the joystick, is it normal?

I have an issue where the LT button shows as pushed. The button acts as if it's it's pushed during gameplay. I tried calibrating but didn't fix the issue.
Any ideas?
Does it happens in other modes (Nintendo Switch pro/bluetooth) If so then it might be a hardware problem

Apex 3 took 6 months for reWASD to implement support, but I think Vader 3 being the more interesting gamepad, if there's enough people asking for it it might takes less.
Cheers. I got mine down from around 8% on both sticks to 4.5 and 5.9.
If you do it slower you often get better results.

My Vader 3 Pro won't connect in NSwitch mode to the PC (it has WiFi on the motherboard).
Only on cable. And the left joystick has a permanent drift only on NSwitch mode.
Have you tried holding the home button for a couple of seconds? You also need to make sure Bluetooth paring is available on your pc

A question. Does this controller have more button combination that manual does not mentioning? Like config/profile swapping on the fly? I've tried randomly pressing some, but no luck to find anything.
You can change profiles by combining [select] and [A/B/X/Y] but you need to set it up beforehand in Pc space app. That and switching Xinput/Dinput mode, stick/gyro calibration are all functions which can be activated with combination that I know of

HEEELPP, i have Flydigi Apex 3 and try the same combo which it sets it on calibration mode but i do the whole thing and it doesnt fix anything. for a second i thought it was stick drift buts clearly calibration issues my left joystick is only gooing to the left even if i push it to the right. please can someone help me?

I think that the Hall Sensor thumbsticks Flydigi uses are of meh quality and worse than ALPS.
Before i found your video i was getting 12.5% error rate, and had dead zone issues [had to set it to 20 in the software, otherwise it would drift]
After i did a calibration, my dead zone can be set to 0, and the error rate is 4% for each stick
BUT, i also own Zeus 2 gamepad, it uses ALPS joysticks and hall triggers, it passes the circularity test with 0.2% on left stick and 0.6% on right, unbelievable low numbers
I have 8% deadzone set for my controller via PC space software, and error rate is around 9~10%
might actually try the 0 deadzone and report back to you
@@boombaka do you have centering drift if u use less than 8% deadzone? My VP3 arrived yesterday and i had to set 8% deadzone in both sticks to avoid centering drift, it seems that joystick springs are not good.
If the stick wiggles a bit while centered, there may be some issue with the spring, yeah. I only need about 3% deadzone to keep drifting away
Bro, im using vader 3 pro for playing on warzone mobile, theres the problem relate keymaping conflict, the problem is when im using hold for aiming, all of my key stuck not responding, but if im using toggle for aim nothing happened, do u know why ?
I am afraid I cant help much here because I don't game on mobile platforms at all...

I was thinking of buying this controller for PC and Switch but thats not ok.
If you're thinking about gyro drifting, it doesn't work like that on a real switch/yuzu, seems to be a quirk of some apps not having proper support
it seems to be a Ryujinx problem and not a gamepad defect. I tried NS mode on other emulator (Dolphin) and it works fine

If you're asking about gyro drift on Nintento switch emu, it's actually Ryujinx's fault. On other emu (Dolphin) and on reWASD remapper software, I see no drifting at all
Wait, I'm confused. Did you get the Vader 3 and the Vader 3 Pro? I'm still trying to figure out your comment on the analog stick's low spatial resolution in flight sims. Can you confirm the Vader 3 Pro has the K-Silver JH16 Hall effect sticks? Then spatial resolution should not be an issue at all.
Mine is Vader 3 Pro, I didnt get the normal version. I don't see any where that specifies the type of analog stick, so I cant say for sure

vader 3 pro has the hall effect stick. the normal version does not. have you read the entire desciption of the vader 3 pro? the 3rd bullet pint mentionts the K-silver hall effect sticks. the listing of the regular vader does not mention the hall effect sticks.
