Being somewhat tight on cash at the moment though, I used a flank steak, followed all the steps, cooked it as pink as possible, cut it up into 3 strips and rolled those into the roll. Worked really good.

    Thanks for this!
I watched oodles of BW vids and yours was one of the most straight forward. Inclusive of showing how to make the pastry, running time of 7:41, WOW!
I didn't do the full pastry steps with the dough / butter square starters, rather mixed the butter in with the dough and then added water. But you helped me to remember I can use my bench for mixing and no special tools needed, just like any pasta mix!
I skipped the prosciutto and forgot to add the mustard, oh well, still turned out great!
And important for me, no single use plastics! I used a reusable food container for the pastry and re-used the wax paper that the tenderloin came in.

This is a totally different concept. Searing meat doesn't "seal in the juices" because, when you sear a piece of meat, you're already losing juice. Heat + water = steam, ofc. It's been proven that seared meat has less juice than raw meat.

      realistic breakdown of ingredients .
wheat harvested in hells half acre - he lives in harlem he could easily travel to hells kitchen or new jersy for the wheat.
mayo beaten from the eggs of dark chickens - i have seen chickens with black and brown feathers, dosen't get much darker than that and mayo is the base for many sauses he might make in the future so showing us how to make our own mayo could be useful.
cheese boilde from the rancid teat of a fanged cow - a normal cow should be fine.
666 different meats from an animal which has maggots for blood - realisticly he could do 6 different types of beef, why beef? because there are no swine evil enough to sacrifice upon a bed of evil, so he can't use pork. roast beef, corned beef, pastrami, steak, 2 other beef based deli meats i can't think of any but i'm sure they exist.
dijon mustard and lettuce - easy enough
sun dried tomatoes - slice some tomatoes and leave them out in the sun until they dry, forget to put them on sandwich for humor value.

Contrary to some of the posts that don't know any better, this is an example of the most perfectly cooked beef I've seen since an epic meal I had at legendary Chez Philippe, at the Peabody in Memphis. Magnificent it is, really.

Está perfectamente cocinado raro. Sin sangre, por lo tanto, no en bruto. Canadiense, no Yankee.

napoleans have more butter but toaster strudels and pop tarts have more shortening and preservatives.

It’s Father’s Day. I just attempted to make this beef Wellington. Let me tell you babyish is a true expert because I’m exhausted beyond belief and almost cried twice. How does he make beating cold butter into a perfectly malleable square look so easy. I almost singed off my eyebrows deglazing w cognac, and burnt my hand. The tootsie roll method thingy, broke me
