I’m a silver fox going back on the market. Been in sales for years so yes it’s a numbers game is comparable. For me it was X amount of phone calls/ door knocks to schedule a listing appointment. Now not all listing appointments convert to listing ( seller may not like you) . So if you go on say 4 listing appointments and actually get 2 listing that’s money. So in today’s market one or both will sell (money ). So I agree with you and your partner have as many conversations daily and learn to overcome objections and close the deal 👍👍
I believe , if you want to get a woman to stop and talk to you . Especially when a lady is walking in the opposite direction . You need to find a way to circle around the lady and stop her from the front . It's works because it's very bold and it triggers a lot of attraction . For a lady who's walking towards me , I just pullout my hands and stop her like a policeman . Women rarely walk past me because it's very bold and masculine .

Great information as usual but I’d like to add a 5th one to help out the community it may work for y’all this where I get most of my cold approach results so y’all try this to if y’all want I approach chicks who cant move for ex on a crowded bus/train, a cashier, if I see she has a lot of food on a large line on a supermarket or for anyone familiar with manhattan I’ll approach on the pathway in the middle of the west side highway while there’s a green light making her options only talk to me or get hit by a car peace love prosperity positivity to everyone
