Seems as though you missed the Hodaka. Here in the US Pacific Northwest woods they were quite popular. The most important feature of a trail bike here is how far can you carry it. Hodakas are light!
Sorry but the Honda ct125 etc wasn’t a trail bike. People may have put knobby tyres on it used it off-road but it wasn’t a trail bike in any sense. The Suzuki ts185 was probably the best trail bike imo.
Once again a great video, great bikes and great music!😊
@@stephenbarry4978 thanks mate, appreciate you taking the time to say so. Glad you liked it!
At 4:50 The Maico may not be a "trail bike" but a real competition only enduro bike.
@@philippejoseph8604 It depends on where you live

@@RealHooksy yes I owned a TS185 myself as for the Honda some models had the word 'trail' on the sidecover.
@@motorcyclecafe yes they did, but they weren’t trail bike.
I have 2 ts185’s in my shed now.
They never die😎👍
Yeah, Hodaka. Up to 250cc. When I first saw the Toaster Tank; I was impressed. I owned a Ct90. Rode the piss out of it. Got it to do 50.
@@toddhazzard1562 2b be honest i totally forgot all about 'em 🤫
