Available at many auto parts stores, where it will be called something like a "rock chip touch-up tool"!
Works great with watercolors - use your paint filled brush to fill the reservoir!
This looks like fun! Thanks for exploring new crafty tools like this 😊
Becca (500x): This is a very satisfying tool.
I used to do pottery. Kemper is a good brand for a lot of our pottery tools.
Wow. Thanks for reviewing this . I have been intrigued by this 🙂
Amazing review!! Do try it with metallic watercolors too! You’re gonna LOVE it😳😍
Right after some other lettering artist talked about it, I bought it - isn’t it cool? The cap is to protect the tip - you should clean it out every time you use it… So fun to blend colors 🥰. It makes me think of a glass pen, how it writes…
Thanks for doing this, Becca. I had never heard of it either. I hope you'll be doing more videos as you play with it more and let us know what works and what doesn't.
Wow I'm first ☺️☺️ ... By the way you are amazing 😚😉😚 I just really really love watching you ☺️😊💞 keeps me on path thanks a lot ☺️☺️☺️
What about trying out one of those glass pens with the spirals down to the tip that you dip directly into the ink? I've seen them on Instagram but I'm always sceptical as to how well they work.🤔
They're just dip pens
Looks fun!!! ❤️
I very much enjoyed watching you enjoy this product. This seems like a simpler version of something like the Speedball Oblique Pen Holder, which has an offset/elbow for the nib for writing Copperplate and Spencerian scripts without twisting your arm around to flex the nib tines properly. You just won't get the variation in line thickness of a fountain pen.
This so cool 😍 really want this ❤️
I've seen much bigger versions of this being used with melted wax to make batik fabric.
As a ceramic artist I am very familiar with Kemper tools for working with clay, I own many. I had no idea they made a pen! I may have to give it a try.
Hi Becca! Can you please try using a glass dip pen? You will love it for sure...
Ok, I'm convinced. I need one in my life too now
Kimberly Crick also did a video on these a little while back, she's got some great tips on using them!
Hello~👋 Thanks for sharing dear friend👍🥰 Wishing you have a nice day & stay safe. God bless you 🙏💕🍀🌸
Your calligraphy is beautiful 😍
I'm getting one!
I have an old “ruling pen” with a screw to open or narrow the tines. Got it in college but never used it. Not even sure how to but I’m pretty sure calligraphers use ruling pens like this one for some fun stuff.
@Azha B Is it the kind with one curved side snd one flat side, with an adjustable screw? Do you dip it or fill it with a dropper? Do you write with the space between the tines or one side? Thanks for any advice!
I comment on your videos just so I could get a like from you.LOL!
Also,I am always eagerly waiting for your videos.
I have learnt a lot from uh & keep wanting to steal some of your talent.hehe.
Ok. So as you glided the fluid writer on the paper it felt that the tool was really smooth. A glasspen I think is the same kind of stuff. I am not sure about it, cause I am a beginner and just use brush pens. But I see other people use a glasspen so according to the outcome,I think they are almost the same 😊
I wish to have those kind of stationary you have ❤❤
From the Philippines ❤❤
I believe that's the same tool they use to decorate Ukrainian eggs using the paraffin wax resist method.
That’s correct Phyllis. I’ve used this tool before for egg decorating wax resist method.
Great!!.. Now you should try a Molotow glass pen. I never saw you trying one. Let's go! 😉
Sorry Becca. The correct name is chrome liquid molotow marker. This is what I will like you to try on.
We would be able to use just water with this, to later on add the drops of ink?
Have you tried any flexible nib fountain pens?
Have you ever demonstrated a glass pen? some people might be interested. AND you can write a word with one color, then dip in a new color and just touch parts of the word to get a nice blending going…
Omg i never heard of that, I'll check it out, sounds so cool!!
btw she answers a lot on her insta DMs so you can ask her here :)
@@jeannepoulain8580 ask her what?
Woww..so similar with tools to trace batik pattern🥰
I have the 2 pack by KingArt. 2 different sizes. I use my airbrush paints and inks in it.
Hey Becca!!
This was the most satisfying video I have ever seen and I want you to try the glass dip pen
I am really excited for your course on 5th July
Love,Ihana❤
I second this!
I agree!!
@@butacrafts Agreed!
It looks ambidextrous out of the box, good for righties and lefties. Is that accurate?
Ooh, I'd like to know about this too! It seems it would, but maybe it's more about the movement?
When you want to clean it use the cap to squeeze out the remaining colour add very warm water to flush. So easy.
Haha on me, for some reason when I saw the title I thought it was a pen to use with masking fluid, lol !
Hi Mrs. Becca please try add gel little artist brush pen
We only get it in India but try on Amazon
And if you didn't get them , then try something else
Pls do a brush pen review
similar to the tool used for making psanky eggs. (kistka)
😍😍😍
Even I found only one on Amazon India. So if you find a good quality one, please suggest!
Becca you need to check out @littleredbirdlove on Instagram - she's a master with the fluid liner!
Mam please try Camel Watercolour Tubes
Did you figure out how to clean it for reuse?
🔥🥰
Watch the reply its informative for you
I watched your video when I holded my pencil for doing calligraphy
Type in your feelings
Seems like you'd have to fill it frequently, so it'd be a bit (ok, a LOT) annoying. 🤔
