Don't like the music and not buying NOBODY 'S overpriced hair-shytt just because of their name : TRUTH 💯😁

Same
I think she has the ability to make this successful, especially if the product is good. All she needs to do is take a lesson from Rihanna--be the face of your brand, not just the name. I feel like half the reason Fenty Beauty and Savage x Fenty is so successful is because Rihanna was the one demoing her products and shooting campaigns for the launches. She'd get on social media and show herself using the products... It's a bit different with haircare but Beyonce will have to be more hands on and forward facing in the marketing. It's similarly priced like other higher end hair care so the price point isn't bad, but in a market that's already saturated, she's going to have to put some effort behind this if it's going to work long term.
You're right!
If you can’t afford it, you’re not the target market. Simple as that.
Thanks for your comment! I don’t care either way, anyone can launch a business and sell products for whatever they choose to charge.
@@BeingBeautifullyHonest I agree with you, just to the people that keep commenting what they could get for those prices lol sis. She ain’t have you in mind anyway so just keep buying your OG products
@@twentyseven-facts! Ntm Fenty Beauty is overpriced asf but people talk like it’s affordable and spend BAGS on the products. Fenty foundation costs more than Chanel foundation and is the same price as Gucci foundation. Most affordable foundations are $30-50 but Fenty is in the upscale $60-70 range. But people buy those products with a smile on their faces. Idc what anyone says, when it comes to the “community” Black women can NEVER do right but island girls and other foreign Afro women can do no wrong. We get sh*tted on for twerking but raunchy ass dancehall culture is praised to the Gods. We can’t sell expensive hair care products but Rihanna can sell expensive ass make up and nobody bats an eye. When island girls dance provocatively it’s called culture but when Black women do it it’s called ghetto and overly sexual. It’s the subconscious prejudices for me. Smh.
@@twentyseven-And that's why she's never been successful outside of music. It's crazy that someone with such a huge fanbase has never been successful selling anything but her music. Her fanbase should be her target audience. That's MILLIONS of potential buyers that her marketing team never takes into account so yea, she can charge whatever she wants for her products making it unaffordable to a big portion of her fanbase. Ppl who can afford her products aren't just going to switch because it's BEYONCE'S hair care line especially if they've been using products that work. They'll wait to see what others are saying. They know the value of a dollar these days, not saying that her fanbase doesn't but her fans will be more readily open to purchase the product without waiting for reviews just based on it being hers. When it comes to business, retail business, not being relatable and high prices is a recipe for failure, then you factor in the alienation of a large part of your already established fan base.......... is that really doing good business?
Beyonce wear weaves, what hair care could she possibly have for your real hair?
Are you dumb?
I think she reads the market wrong. She should have ran a silver apparel and accessories line alongside the tour. She could have launched a western collection with this country launch.
I agree with that! Thanks for your comment.
Beyonce is just not Rihanna she doesn’t have the same Artistic talents. Her Team doesn’t know what products go well with her
@@fashionlife5348 Also Riri comes from a merchant family.
Use it on your wigs. 🤭…the blonde ones specifically.
Great, now I gotta add sunflower oil to my grocery list. 😂 😂 😂
(Kidding, I ain't got but about 1/4" to a 1/2" of it right now)
😆 Girllll!
Beyoncé’s avenues just aren’t acting and fashion/beauty products. Not only are her fashion lines pretty unfashionable but the names feel like she’s tryna think of something that sounds classy and vogue like Cécred and Dereon and Ivy Park, but they just sound very cheap and don’t really stick the landing. It’s giving Milano Di Rouge. They wanna sound all French and Italian like these big name European designers like Moschino, Valentino, Versace, etc. which is why I think Rihanna did so well her last name is very marketable FENTY Beauty sounds very upscale and expensive. Idk the branding just be off like a mf when it comes to Beyoncé which is crazy considering she has the best team of people around her…
Yes!! clap Thanks for your comment XO
I read that she financed the project herself. She is just enjoying her money and being creative lol
Nothing wrong with that.
It's a beautiful position to be in!!@@BeingBeautifullyHonest
If ppl are being honest Beyoncé has NEVER succeeded in any business outside of her music. I don't know if this hair care line will be any different. I'm sure Beyonce has a nice head full of hair but she's does wear wigs and weaves A LOT and during the advertisement of this hair care line she's still been wearing wigs/weaves. There may have been a couple of pics with her real hair. Anyway Bey is no different then any other celeb, the goal is to make MONEY and capitalize on EVERYTHING. It's funny how you never really see prominent fashion designers and hair stylist trying to sing and rap but the rappers and singers always wanna do clothing and hair products😂😂 Bey has quite a following and she knows it so she banks on selling products based on ppl just loving her. It's easy to separate a fool from his/her money, other ppl though, not so simple.
I THINK one of the reasons Bey doesn't succeed outside of music is because she's doesn't seem relatable to the consumer of the product she's trying to sell and that's BIG when it comes selling products.
Listen, you hit all the nails on the head for me with this comment I 100% agree, and have been saying the same things. It’s not an unpopular opinion, it’s just the God’s honest truth. No hate involved at all. Thank you for being so honest! XO
I definitely ordered the hair care line.
Cool, I'm sure the products are fine, it’s about the ingredients and most of these haircare lines are similar.
@@BeingBeautifullyHonest I liked that the conditioner had 12 butters and oils. It will be too heavy for me once spring/summer hits but I want to see if it really conditions. I slept on gently at first. I thought it was all hype. Now it’s none of my favorite for a lot of things
Sucker
As far as I understand it é sounds like a hard A. As in Brené sounds like Renae or Renée
Ok, makes sense.
