I have a 02 dodge 3500 24v and my ac blower is always running when plugged in (in the fuse box) and heater doesn’t work. It blows good everywhere but the front vents. All the controls don’t change it at all I could have it on low all the way heat and it’s blowing all way and cold. Please help
