- If you have a UA-cam weight loss journey channel and want to build a bigger weight loss community then this is the video for you! This month I'm declaring May weight loss appreciation month. I decided that every Monday in May I'm going to recommend 5 different UA-cam weight loss journey 2021 channels to watch. I'm doing this because in the UA-cam fitness community, the weight loss community is very small compared to others. Of course there are bigger weight loss channels like Beatrice Caruso or April Lauren who have a big community and support system. I'm talking about for the rest of us. A big factor on the success of a weight loss journey is a support system. If you don't have a good support system then you are less likely to achieve your weight loss goals. I want to help build all of our weight loss communities to build a bigger support system.

Of course, Nicky and G are amazing! They put a lot of work into their videos and are always up to some sort of adventure-seeking in Ireland. I’ve loved seeing their channel grow! 💚
