I'm very fortunate to actually take classes with Jenny in person. I've just returned from her wonderful fitness retreat in California. This podcast encapsulates who she is, and she really is an inspiration to all of us, not just the "active aging" population. Thank you for your accidental career change into making and sharing fitness videos and allowing aging individuals believe we can still have full and active lives.
Thanks for sharing your journey into fitness and how the pandemic really tipped the scales, Jenny! I do your short warmup every day before my walk and a cardio or aerobic workout afterward. Love your energy, smile, and ways to lift us up and keep us moving!
Been doing her workout videos when I had a very excruciating plantar fasciitis some 2 yrs ago. and i never stopped since then. I enjoyed and i trust her. Her videos have varieties and not boring all. Keep it up, Jenny!
I am so thankful for Jenny, her positivity & finding her on you tube at the beginning of the covid pandemic. Prior to covid I had been working out regularly at my local YMCA & did not have the discipline to work out at home on my own. I do now! It's been 4 years now & I continue to work out at home with her. I also had the pleasure of meeting and working out with her at the first Jenny Fit Start wellness retreat in Tuscany. A truly wonderful experience in all aspects. She is truly a fabulous "real" person.
Thanks Jenny and Caleb! Such valuable information! As a mental health counselor I also see the importance of fitness for mental health. And I see the challenges people with mental health issues, like depression, face with motivation. The connections between mental and physical health can create a downward or upward spiral. I love Jenny’s advice for getting started, which I think would benefit people facing this challenge at any age.
Jenny is a fabulous fitness instructor and I am grateful to her for her many videos and healthy and encouraging words. She is the best!
