I’m also 29 and will be 30 on the 5th of September. Decided to start my own business last year because I couldn’t get a job after my master’s degree.
Ive always wanted to start a fitness UA-cam channel too but been procrastinating for over 3 years now 😢.
I guess this is my sign to start now

Hello Victoria. I felt for you so much in this video! I’m also 29 feeling behind in life. While trying to achieve my dreams working in the restaurant industry for 7 years, I finally had a wake up call that I have not only neglected myself, but also getting little rewards to do the goals I want to accomplish. I’m now taking small bigs at a time into putting myself first and finding a new journey that keeps me sane and productive. You got this😊
OMG!!! I have been working in restaurants for the last 8 years as well and I am glad I finally had my wake up call...I think it's time to prioritize and finally show up for ourselves because we truly deserve to be happy 🤎

Thank you for sharing your story. I’m actually 29 also and I’m also feeling the same way at this point in my life. Feeling like there’s no sense of direction whatsoever. I’ve been praying a lot & cleaning my Space & my surroundings.

You are doing the best thing and I am making as well the necessary changes I need in my environment cause the people you surround yourself with have a huge impact on your growth and mental health 🌷It can be uncomfortable and unpleasant sometimes but I know is the best to do for my well-being 🤎
