I love the breakfast story. I can share….. I raised 4 kids. Only the last was interested in cooking. I walked into the kitchen one day, there he was with a mound of flour on the counter with eggs in the middle. “What are you doing?” I asked in shock. He said calmly, he was making pirogies. I’m Irish, I never even heard of pirogies until I was grown up, and I only thought they came from the freezer section of the grocery store. He found a recipe on line. He already had the potatoes going on the stove. He just kept going, they turned out great, he even cleaned up. The only thing he didn’t do was tell me a head of time. ….. which was a good thing, I probably would have objected. He was about 14 at the time and had many unannounced cooking adventures since. Including making venison meatloaf and taking two of them to school, convincing the nurse to put them in the refrigerator until lunch. Fortunately my two glass loaf man’s made it home again and clean. He also took two to a block picnic and didn’t tell anyone it was venison. The pans came back empty!

I had to chuckle!! What creativity!! In a few years you will laugh about this!! Children are our biggest joy but also we have to shake our heads. You and your husband are doing such a great job. I love the devos and going back to Genesis. Looking forward to the next video.
