If that dont work, ive used hard plastics with a okay edge and wrap that in a soft microfiber and scrape off debris like that carefully so you dont get scratches
OH i totally forgot. Get Dirty Jobs spray cleaner and Purple Power Degreaser. Mix them into an extra spray bottler 2 parts dirty jobs and 1 part purple Power. Its strong asf and will smell but ive seen it strip rust and paint off oil barrels
