I have a question regarding NOC from employer. Can I take a mail from my manager which has the list of approved leaves and use that as an NOC document in the visa application?
For UK visa, we would recommend to use this confirmation email to ger propee NOC letter from HR on company letterhead with seal & sign.

Yes, for UK visa, you will have to mention about your parents sponsoring your UK trip. Along with that submit their bank statement & sponsorship letter signed by them.
When will my uk visitor visa starts working. Is it from the day I collected my passport or the intended date I indicated during my visa application
UK visa start validity will be mentioned in the visa. Typically it would be from the travel date you mentioned in your UK visa application!

Ideally yes, but we would recommend to carry one copy as well on your UK visa biometric appointment day!

1. I and my husband is planning for a UK trip in August or September, I am unemployed at the moment and all my expenses will be covered by my husband. My husband generally transfer some amount of money to my bank account as savings so how can we show the balance. Suppose my account has more balance than his account in that case what should we do? Can we transfer sone amount to his account while showing the bank statement or we should mention the reason in the cover letter while making any changes? Please suggest.
As long as your husband has enough balance to cover both if your UK trip cost then you shouldn't worry much. Both of you can submit this one account.
You will have to mention in your UK cover letter that your trip is sponsored by your husband whose bank statement you're attaching along with sponsorship letter from him.

For UK standard visitors visa, there is no interview! ☺️
Yes, you will have to submit all the documents along with your fiance's UK address proof, sponsorship letter & bank statement. For your current address, see if you have any other document like mobile, broadband bill or gas bill with address, else see if you can get rent agreement made with your name in it!

Yes we had BIVS stamp on our UK visa as we had shown Ireland in our UK itinerary! In cover letter, we did mention that we are traveling to Ireland but not specifically asking for BIVS stamp on UK visa.
What should be the approx bank statement for a 10 day visit to the UK?
For UK visa, minimum should be around £100/night given hotels etc are pre paid. So around ₹1-1.5L.
However to be on safer side 5L+ should be good enough!

Yes, 2 months is good lead time for UK visa! However, do keep an eye on appointment dates closer to October given Christmas in December may see increase visa application.

Hi, Me and My wife stayed in Ireland for last 1 years. My wife returned back on April month to India. I currently reside in Ireland. My dad wants to visit my sister on September.. he is self employed so is it okay to apply without ITR because it does not match his savings which is a result of many years of savings and some money that my sister has sent him.. please reply
For UK visa, savings would not necessarily match the ITR. So it's fine if your dad submits his bank statement & ITR both!

For UK tourist visa you don't need to get TB test. We didn't get it done. It's required if you intend to stay in UK for more than 6 months.

If husband is sponsoring UK trip, then, with UK visa application form, include husband's sponsorship letter & his bank statement. Also cover letter should have mention of husband sponsoring UK trip.

Ideally you shouldn't mention working from UK! You should create application to show that you're visiting your sister.
For financial documents, it's advisable to show that you have balance in demat as amount in your bank is a bit less!

You can include copy of your student UK visa while applying for UK tourist visa! Though it's not mandatory as UK embassy folks will have your visa status & travel history!

Request you to please reply.
FD is a way to show that you have money with you. Since you would are travelling to UK in October, would recommend to have liquid money in bank till the time your UK visa comes. Post that you are free to do FD!

For UK visa, you can submit your current salary slips, HR letter and for ITR, mention in cover letter that you recently shifted to India (along with proof of previous employment).

Please follow the steps mentioned in the video to apply for UK visa. Since your parents are sponsoring your UK visit, include their bank statement and a letter (sponsorship) that mentions that they are sponsoring your UK trip with their signature. If you are staying at your partner's place during your UK visit, then you will have to add address proof and a letter from the partner that you would be visiting UK and staying at the address with signature.

Since your sister is sponsoring for your parents' UK trip, your parents' bank statement wouldn't matter.
However, I believe, you already have included sponsorship letter from your sister along with her bank statement in the application?

Ideally cover letter should have mention of this but since you have included all the documents, it should be fine!

Usually vary karta hai season ke basis pe. Given abhi thoda peak time hai, around 3 weeks ka time lagta hai UK visa process hone me. We would recommend ki at least travel se 1 month pehle UK visa ke liye apply kar dein!

Yes you can get 10 yrs UK visa as well! However the cost is higher for that vs 6 months UK visa!
For 6 months UK visitor visa would cost ₹12600 vs 10yrs UK visitor visa will cost you ₹1Lakh!

For students who wish to apply for UK visa, they need to follow the same process except in the financial documents, they will have to give a sponsorship letter (from parents or relatives) and include their bank statement.
