She's one of my top favorite spouses of a character who would like to reunite with her husband in the game, second only to Sita and Nefertari. I bet she would be an amazing Caster and probably be one of those servants who can buff the heck out of her husband.

I had a friend once who had only 5 stars up in their support list and then updated their status in their profile (i don't remember to what but it explained this next change) they then changed everyone on their support list to only 1-3 stars all lv 100 I couldn't help but respect that choice

Basically to go past lvl 100 up to 120, you still need 1 grail per 2 levels but in addition to that, you need a lot of QP and EXP and also the servant coins for the grailed servant. You get coins from summons basically, for (non-welfare) gold servants you get them retroactively (coins sent to your mailbox when they are introduced) but for everything else, you need to summon more copies of them AFTER the system is introduced.
Me the day when I had the worst luck on gacha ever and wasted 120 SQ and got only gold CE's... Me: Arghhhhhh!!! ALRIGHT DONT WANT TO GIVE ME A GOLD SERVANT! FINE!!! ILL MAKE SOME MYSELF!!!
