Frey destroyed the city with his incompetence and his soft-on crime mishandling and has the gall to say that the downtown will never be the same as if he wasn't directly responsible for its downfall.
Frey and Walz ruined the city.
There are more people seen on the streets in most small rural Minnesota towns than you have shown in its largest city. Care to guess why? I thought not. That would be racist.
Not it didn't happen to every city. That's not true.
All blue cities like SF, Portland, Chicago, Seattle, NYC and Minneapolis are in big time decline!
That's because all the white capitalists are scared of being held accountable for stealing from the people. So they'll go to other bleach white cities and do what they were doing before 2020. To keep the slave system alive, because we all know the best slave is a white one!
The city is a ghost town.

Birmingham, Auburn, Pensacola and Jackson...Red states have yet to build major metro areas that are not Blue led.
Making downtown walkable is a great idea, but that is a massive project
Bring back Hennepin Block E. That'll fix it.

This was coming for all cities blue or red. It's now a matter of doing new things. No one wants to be a dead Birmingham AL or a Jackson, MS.
I live in Huntsville, Alabama and it is complete ghost town here and I go to Gulf shores and it is completely dead. I have not seen one car.
The nightlife is not good enough
Even remote American workers are getting replaced by remote INDIAN workers.
