Hey. I get my binding tape from jtoutdoorfablic.com. I only use Nylon. Non of that polyester s**t ;p
Ok I purchased the pattern from Etsy thank you for making it available appreciate it but I think there's a dimension missing on the zipper side gusset x2 is the seam allowance .25 as well?

Yes. I'm redoing the big fold Open utility pouch video and uploading the Pattern soon. I'm going to build a tactical version of my tool bag. I have a sachel bag video almost done. I want to build a tactical chest rig in the next little while. And I have a few Duffel bags in the works. I'm also making a tactical riggers belt ;p

what size zipper coil are you using a #5?
It how ykk size there zippers. It's 1.25 inch wide.
