The best ones for deeper skin tones and best techniques for powders. Also everything else about makeup...lol! 🤦🏾♀️😄😉💜
My elf brushes actually last really long, the only one that fell apart on me is the blush brush which I’ve had for about 2-3 yrs. elf brushes are pretty good if u take care of them. BTW great video, great tips.
I love your classes.Makeup prep has changed so much over the years. I was a young model and hated wearing make up and false eyelashes. And, now my granddaughters are fabulous with all of the tricks etc.
I’ve been shade matching forever. I keep my nc50 prolong wear foundation for that exact purpose. Thanks to be multicolored. Chest super light compared to my face.
Had to subscribe as soon as my good sis said Juvias Place and Lancôme were her faves lmaoooo. Those are my top 2!😭 and everything that was said is so true and as an mua, it’s so useful!💖

I LOVE this video educating the kids (that would be ME!). What I like for my base has evolved & I like a natural finish and I use as little foundation as I can & add a little extra wherever I might need it. I have never dampened my foundation brush before & this isn’t the first time I’ve seen it done, but today it made sense to me how misting my Brush helps the foundation melt into my skin easier. I have been considering using more cream products so my base & what I put on top of it will look more seamless. Like cream bronzer, blush, and even highlighter. If you know of some really good cream products I would appreciate a video demonstrating how you apply & blend cream products.
Just my opinion I actually find lightening easier! There’s a ton of white mix ins that you can use an itty bitty amount of, or you can highlight more or use a slightly lighter powder. For me using a darker foundation can sometimes mix with the undertones weird

EYES PLEASE!!! A lot of tutorials talk about lights and shadows, but I haven't seen many focus on how to achieve the best shape for your eye. I have mixed results with eye bases too. It would help to know what to look for and what to avoid (e.g. color, consistency, to set or not to set). Thanks for this series, Love. I watched the primer one this morning. I never thought through the logic of selecting the primer based on my individual needs. I'm taking notes!!! ☺💁

Great video. If like to add that if you do your eyebrows first to make sure your foundation is well blended around your eyebrows. I see so many women that don't bring the foundation on top of their eyebrows and cringe.
Questions: 1. What's the purpose of appearing the brush with setting spray? 2. What's the advantage of using a brush rather than a sponge? Is it to have fuller coverage?

Do you use liquid highlighter underneath your foundation? I want to know if it’s a necessity for getting that glow look for the summer. And another video would be the difference between bronzing and contouring
It all depends on the coverage of your foundation! If it's light to medium coverage, you'll see it a lot more if you apply the liquid highlighter first but if it's more full coverage, I would say mix the liquid highlighter and foundation together because then you'll be getting the coverage & glow at the exact same time!

I agree. I had a $3 powder brush for 3 years. I recently replaced it. Awesome brush for the price.

When darkening a foundation. How many shades should you go darker when using foundation in the same makeup line. Like one or two shades?
