I'm a Splenic Projector, and this video was definitely an LOL for me, thanks again, your content is always so insightful and your skits are hilarious too. This last part of the interview was specifically interesting to me, where you discuss the projector's way of pointing things out and how this can go wrong in relationships. Truth is an initiation to some degree, maybe always - unless we're ready for it, it can cause a lot of problems. When I was younger, I would often say things that offended people, but didn't know why, as it was never my intention - I was just telling the truth that I thought would be helpful for people to know, and didn't understand why they weren't either in agreement with me, or even grateful to have a blindspot revealed. I'm a sensitive person, and have always realized the different effects of just giving facts, or, presenting the facts in a soft way to someone who is ready for them. For example, if someone's fly is undone at a party, I'm not going to point it out in front of everyone, I would pull them aside - I didn't have to learn this, it's just polite. I would never present the truth in a way that was not compassionate or hurt someone else's human dignity. As I matured and discovered human design, I feel the layers of value for everyone involved, of waiting for the recognition and invitation before sharing my penetrative insight. So, to save my own energy and relations, I don't share anything I see unless specifically asked, so I offend far fewer people, and am in no longer in the energetic wake of disturbance, which saves me a great deal of bandwidth. Still, I wonder about this next question, and if anyone can shed light, please do. Are people upset about 1) knowing the truth? Or, are people upset about 2) the way the truth was delivered? Or, 3) who delivered it? Because, I've pulled people aside at parties to let them know their fly was down, and even though I went out of my way to help someone in a way that was gracious and elegant and secretive, they would still get mad at me for telling them. So what's the issue for most generators - the facts or the way the facts are given? Because to me, it seems like it's the facts that people don't like. Even if I dress them up (ie pulling someone aside so they can pull up their zipper facing a wall) even though I did them a favour they still shoot the messenger. So would people really rather walk around all night showing their underwear? It's very confusing. Of course, I'm just using this basic example to illustrate the scenario. As a Splenic Projector, I would be much concerned if someone didn't tell me, as I feel the loyal thing to do is protect people. But the entire thing would not be emotional for me, it would just be - ok thanks, moving on, I would zip up and maybe giggle and that's that. If anyone can please share the emotions experienced to shed light on if/when/why/how the truth shared was upsetting, please do. THANK YOU for reading my youtube novel :)
Hey there, I will speak from experience that I think for me I can find it annoying when people interfere with me...say for example, I am at a party having the best time ever and the most amazing conversation and feeling joy, I don't care if my fly is down. I may not want someone to pull me aside to tell me just because it messes with my flow state. I may prefer just to find out organically. The projector penetration means that everything that is shared is not neutral, it is penetrating. For me the irritation can sometimes be a flow/interference thing. Also, in the example that I shared, while my boyfriend's 'truth' was that I shouldn't have a moustache...and he may have perceived through his lens that objectively I should remove it, it was not my truth. I was aware that I had peach-fuzz on my upper lip, but I was content with it, it was/is blonde, so his perception of my peach fuzz was not welcome as he was viewing in a way that I didn't agree with. so I suppose it is also helpful to note that a projector's perception is just their perception and is not THE TRUTH. It's one truth among many. Had I asked him for advice about how to improve my appearance it might have been different. Thanks for sharing.

I love direct communication as well…. Having said that… I have worked on being more thoughtful with the language or words that I use, awareness of tone, mindfulness of timing with delivery and understanding my own intentions for communicating as a solution oriented being by nature… I enjoy connecting and at the same time, am not necessarily great at small talk, so to speak… ha
To me, it is munch more kind to be direct and allows for clarity… Being nice is not the same thing as being kind… however, I try to move from the heart 💜 and with compassion…

I do love direct communication as well. I have a tendency to be overly blunt...so I also need to work on this. However, I think because of my 59-6 aura I get away with saying things many others could not. I also want to work on being more thoughtful with my words. Thanks for sharing.
I empathise with when you are "succesful" in biz as a projector it can get all too much. I would love to see her design or know what channels she has.

Well said. That is beautiful! Prior to that comment I didn't mind my moustache. It's blonde, so I just felt it was a natural part of my scottish heritage and I didn't enjoy seeing it in a new way...I didn't want to have to start shaving it off or plucking it.
