Too stay cool when being projected upon. I’m a projector 5/1 ,emotional authority with the Alpha channel and provocateur gate. So the projection field can be challenging/intense.
Thank you so much for this video! As a 5/1 Generator my favorite ninja move is to remember that projections are not meant to communicate, nor explain or persuade a negative projection, but to simply turn away from them, remembering that it's not about me. I spend so much time explaining away the "why" of my actions instead of simply living my life. What a tragic waste. I'm so happy to be aware of this now. This entire video is solid platinum. Thank you so much for this video (and for the other videos regarding the line 5 profile). As a 5/1 Profile it feels healing to hear other people put into words, what I, on an Unconsciously level, have been struggeling with my entire life. The projection field, the loneliness, the problemsolver. OMG😮. As a People pleaser it really resonates with Me to have clear boundaries, which I am in a process to evolve. I can see that a lot of the negative projection I have recieved in my life, could have been minimised with Better and clearer boundaries. I am fascinated by the part about "becoming a mirror", and I dont think I fully understand it yet. I have wached that bit several times, because it is a very interesting Point of View, that I am trying to grasp. Thank you for making meaning full content, that allows me to feel seen and understood😍

It could be very interesting with a theme about line 5 profile and close relations (close family, Friends and romantic partners). I struggle the most with bounderies and the projection field in theese sort of relations.
Mmm as a 5/1 historical people pleaser, I feel this!! 💖 At almost-37, I am SO glad to be in a place of finally beginning to understand my boundaries. The mirror analogy really spoke to that for me…how can I observe people’s responses to me without integrating them into my own personal sense of self? That was a main takeaway for me💫
Definitely connects to the platinum spine concept as well. Being strong enough in my own knowledge of & connection to self, so I am not shaken by (or reliant upon) others’ projections upon me…whether it be admiration or denial/anger/attack!
My biggest aha moment was when I realized my kids project on to me constantly and expect me to be their saviour and when I set a boundary or I can’t I get burned at the stake! Huge realization and freedom in that moment! Thanks, Karen and Namaste for this huge gift.

As a 3/5 she basically saved my life. I’ve already adopted so much of what she discusses but the fear of leadership due to projection omg omg very real. But she’s right. Can’t worry about the effects of my message

Oh 51 comments - well well well. As I learn more about 5.1 and the projection field I more and more understand my past and my current reluctance to take leadership. At the same time, I feel seen in growing a platinum spine, growing a strong core and sense of who I am, and furthermore being a mirror. I also realise I just met a 5 line person - maybe even a 5.1 because Im projecting, it's actually good to know how it feel on the other side😀BTW I am moving into leadership and sharing my message.

Thank you for this super helpful and needed video. I’m 5/2 and in a perpetual hiding loop because of the projections. I’m a student of Sri Namaste and found so many gems here. All gold! I resonated with all the moves, especially ‘projections cannot be communicated away’ I wasted so many precious hours trying to make it make sense😅 Going to get really good with my ninja moves now 🥷

This makes so much sense. When people talk to me I'm looking for the correct anser, what they want to hear... That's exhausting and I can see it now more clearly. That I can feel their expectations of me and I get all nervous. I'm getting more and more what this projection means and this video and the other two I've seen are really good. I have one more to go on the theme 5!
All of them was good ninja moves and I got a lot of confirmations of what I'm already on to. The most important I would say is to check in with myself i every situation if it is mine to say or to and the one of my voice, my voice is needed!

That was incredibly eye opening and helpful for me. All my life I’ve felt pulled to help whether it’s an individual person or to simply make the world a better place through change for the better , wisdom and awareness but I’ve felt both types of peoples energy come at me . Those who appreciate my thoughts and those who won’t to argue against them. I’m new to human design . I just found out I was a 5:1 . What really surprises me is just how accurate it is. Just feeling validated that I’m normal and it’s ok to keep following the ways that feel most natural to me makes me stronger in who I am . I used to let myself be full of doubt when I was around those who don’t think the way I do . I realize now that being full of doubt was holding me back from my purpose . Instead of moving along the path smoothly , it was like I was moving along the path and tripping over every bump in my path which would slow me down .

It’s hard to choose one favorite part . The bottle analogy , the bug on my arm lol , and the mirroring are all great ways to keep that negative energy from seeping in . I’m not thinking about the person themselves as a bug lol but just the energy itself that’s full of disdain or hate or trying to put your thoughts below theirs . Perhaps there’s some shadow stuff going on with them which we all have something we’re struggling with but the energy itself….That’s definitely a bug lolol.

Any 5's out there 2/5 especially notice that not only asked to save or solve but required to save or solve in a way that is according to what the asker think is the solution. And when you dont do it like they want - even with positive results, still burnt.
