Ill be up in aberdeen in november for a week long hunt. maybe in the next year or so you can come fish with me in PV mexico offshore/inshore, and then invite me to do a hunt with you and your guys and we can start a tradition. love your videos. Ive been a springer hunter since my first one in 84 I got for high school graduation gift from dad. ace reminds me so much of my last one which was by far the most intense hunt driven dog ive had, I can feel your frustration at times but you know you have an asset worth more than his weight in gold amigo!
Left it as a decoy for predators, so the hens Ace DIDN'T catch can live. I'd have considered keeping it, but I had a relatively long drive home that day, & I wasn't willing to take the chance of ruining the last weekend of my season on the off chance I ran into a law officer who didn't care HOW that hen ended up in my truck.
For some reason, it is a lot more comfortable watching the rockets with feathers from my couch. Those were some target rich environments. Great hunt!
Two of my favorite guys on YT. Thanks for sharing your season with us! I'm coming to join you both in 2025, so save me a rooster!
Ace and Sage , awesome

What did you do with the hen that the dog caught?
