Beginner butterfly knife tricks for winners. If you are a tough tough man like me you will use the bite handle. I had a bowl of nails for breakfast without any milk.
"Ok so what you want to do is grab the safe handle... or the bite handle if you have balls" 😂😂
But I don't have balls tho coz I'm a woman 😂😂

Your guys definition of easy is totally different from mine because I can't even do it even a little
for some reason i have 0 control over the trainer with it upside down
I started with a curved trainer. Like the ones you see in CSGO. It's a lot heavier and made moving to a normal balisong easier. I had trouble with reverse opens and quick draw at first, so I just worked on one movement at a time. EG: Rotating the knife while letting the bite handle drop, and then just stopping there until I didn't drop the knife while rotating. I didn't worry about getting the blade opened or closed.
James Morrison why would get a curved one first
your deadman I’m getting a trainer in a few days and I’m super excited also I figure you figured out your problem because this comment was ten months ago
@Trenton B d'Entremont i mean i got a curved because im a csgo fan but ok

Thank you for all of your tutorials! I've learnt like 3 new opens and gonna teach even more! KEEP UP!

Oddly enough, I find the reverse open much harder then the quickdraw, dont ask me how that happened but it did.
Personally I did too. Took me a lot longer to understand how the spinning worked than just opening the damn thing lol

Can you release a mirrored set of these tutorials please? I'm left handed and that might help a lot lol
Not trying to be rude but can't you just mirror the video and have it done?
Did anyone notice the Spongebob joke in the description?

WELCOME TO THE SALTY SAMON SPLATOON HOW TOUGHT ARE YA ?
Lol
great videos I've had no accidents yet .. I didn't buy a trainer cause I too have balls... I've only just started using a balisong for 2 days .. should I try the flying Dutchman ? #subbed
the flying Dutchman is pretty crazy and you might get wrecked but like you said ya got balls so go for it baby 😂 thanks for watching!
Your knife swings so much easier than mine it seems.. how do i know if i got a good knife? 😬
I just ordered a bm43 clone on DHgate and I need all of the tutorials I can get.
Thanks for the upload.
My friend recommended me to you today Definitely gonna thank him. Keep up the good work. 😁
your friend is my hero 👌 thanks for watching!
Big Flips My pleasure
I like the little slow mo clip in the beginning of every video, i can usually get the trick with just that
I’m struggling a bit with all the ice pick grip tricks- even just the basic opens
That second trick is DESTROYING my brain
Thank You for sharing your skills!
Thanks man I find these videos very helpful
As someone who flips with squiddys the handle almost always bounces back off the other one smh
glad to know that im not the only one lol
Yeah, especially when it’s going into an open, when it closes I can catch it no problem, but the open bounces. A few things have helped me with that, for one, don’t use too much force when it’s coming to rest on a open. Hold the other handle loosely so it absorbs some of the force and doesn’t transfer it all back into the moving handle. Have it slide along your open fingers so it slows down before getting there, this also gives you a good feel for it’s position and your fingers are primed to grab it.
Thank you so much! This is the first trick I've learned!
I already did the reverse basic open by accident. LOL. Thanks for the vid though helped me get it down. And I already knew the reverse quick draw. Thought i invented a new trick lmao.
thanks Alot, i have a pretty butterfly coming in the mail soon and this doesn't look hard atall, these are great tutorials
I have the exact same knife! It is one of my favorite knifes too lol
Same
where did you buy it from?
"I don't care, I'm going to teach you anyways." Fucking right, man.
2:48 me using a balisong in australia
I must live in a simulation because I am doing the exact same thing he's doing and my knife stays closed on the reverse Quickdraw lmao
Ik this was 2 months ago but are u spinning it?
i would recommend to use the Latch Drop instead of the Reverse Quickdraw bc its faster an it starts off in the same position
great thumbnails man
thanks buddy. they are so fun to make lol
im starting to doubt if my trainer is that good idk it just feels cluncky how are they supposed to feel?
You probably quit or got a new one by now but what trainer did you have?
Try tightening the screws? Idk after I tighten mine it feels much smoother and makes less noise
Depends on your trainer, if it's a cheap one the screws might be a little too tight. I bought a rainbow comb for like 10$ and the bite handle on it was very stiff, couldn't do the Y2k at all. Once I loosened it up a bit both my handles now run smooth
I finally figured this out. Here's my help to those having problems: If you don't have his knife or one simalar to it, you're fucked trying to use this tutorial. I have a Bear & Son. Dropping that bite handle and expecting it to fly up like that on it's own is idiotic. You have to swing the shit out of it and time it.
Thanks, I now learned!
I can’t even comprehend what is happening during the QuickDraw
Same idk how tf he did that
Same😭
i love this guy
love you too bby 💏
"if you have balls"
now i gotta grab that bite handle
these are so useful thanks
made a lego butterfly knife to do these
thanks big flips
welcome dude! thanks for watching!
I finally did it after like two hours
“Or if you have balls, you can do it with the bite handle”, I got balls but that right there takes a ton of em
For some reason, I'm obsessed with these knives.
Unfortunately, I don't have any myself. I don't trust myself anyways not to kill my hands, but I wish I could start a collection.
do you know you can buy these kind of knives but than nnot sharp. so you cant hurt yourself
I can’t figure out the reverse QuickDraw like I watched it multiple times but how do I get it to like go up. Like I let it fall then twirl it right?
Hey big flips, you got any tips on fixing a sticky pivot point? New knife, but it's enough that it gets in the way
Yoo this is really late ik but I'm struggling to get enough momentum to fully spin the reverse the way you do, any tips to increase momentum?
Great job man ! Thx
I can't wait till I can do it quick
itll come! just gotta do it a couple thousand times!
If anyone is trying this now i recommend trying to turn the knife a bit before you drop it.
i just got fluent with the quickdraw this looks hard
what do u do if the latch keeps blocking the knife from closing fully (no spring)
remove it
if i rotate on quickdraw last second to avoid the thumb issue, is it still quickdraw or something else?
the reverse was one of my very first moves. Because I thought it was the way to do it
It's super nice that I bought myself a curved balisong. Man I can't rotate it I can just flip it.
What trick was that at 0:26?
Which knife firm is best?
Instructions unclear, knife turned into a butterfly
Where can i find your balisong? looks really good!
its the BRS alpha beast! you can google around they are usually pretty hard to get!
Then it must be expensive :DD ty for the reply.. you have awesome videos!
Too bad i alredy ordered an 30 euro balisong hopefully its good well the reviews were good :/
Good God! its alot more expensive than i tought!
LatviesiLV how much is it??
LatviesiLV oh shit!.... nvm
I'm so jealous of that knife lol
Looking to buy a knife. What one do you recommend? What one do you have?
this knife/ my recommendation is the Benchmade model 51. it's super high quality and will last you a lifetime, very light which makes the cuts much less bad, widely avaliable, has a pocket clip so you can carry it around, looks super cool and is not cheap by any means but not prohibitively expensive In my opinion.
Big Flips anything less expensive
"I have balls" I say right before I'm bawling my eyes out because I cut my finger.
Nice 51 morpho!
Thanks man
If you have balls caught me so off guard and got me rollin
You would think as a novice you would have to really whip it . However you accomplish these maneuvers effortlessly by the flick of a wrist.
I can't make the handle go to my back hand? How'd you do that
Aren’t these the same trick at different speeds? Am I missing something?
exactly im so confused ??
damn these are challenging with a curved handle, pretty fun tho
with the second trick how do you get to turn the knife around?
would be great if you explained momentum rather than just the hand movements; the explanation makes it seem like you can keep your hand stationary while doin so, which is not the case
Done
Well, here I am thinking I invented the reverse QuickDraw lol. Turns out my Balisong genius is a little late.
this is kind of difficult doing this, or trying to do this, with a balisong that's also a spoon
can you by any chance do examples of these with a curved knife like from csgo?
i cant seem to get the spin very smooth any tips?
I can only turn in a quarter of the way with my index and thumb i don’t understand
Instructions unclear: I removed my thumb, now what? (3:40)
I got it first try looking at slo mo while holding the bite handle by accident
I can do this trick but its a bit rusty because i have this thing in the middle which stops it from rotating and it also is realyy hard to spin
I am a tough man but my knife is reversed somehow, so when i do eith the bite hand it doest get ready for backstabbing
You can’t just drop the handle and it appears upside down and expect us to believe it
i got the part down where u hold it upside down. im getting somewhere i think
What the heck is a rising hand or a J formation?!??
Ever heard of sign language you make a j
Im tough, but the thing is if i do it with the bite handle my blade wont end up looking like its ready to stab something
Anyone know why my blade sticks to the Handel.? On my balisong
Should I spin counterclockwise? what do you do?
I can do either way. just do what feels comfortable! it will depend on your hand position and what tricks came before. both ways work great!
I got the opening almost instantly but I took me a minute for the closing
What is a good knife you recommend under 20$$$???
doesn't matter. all are going to be equally bad. unfortunately. if you can get your hands on a channel style Benchmade 42 fake that is prolly your best bet. those can be around $40 I believe. but knives under 20 are going to break very easily with a bit of flipping in my experience.
show us how to do octane from apex legends moves!!
check point #3
could you explain the twist better, when you see about fluently after doing the thing you did just normally turning it for 45 minutes im still not doing the twist that you''re doing i gotta pause and rotate that ting
Wow i like ur vids👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
I hit my phone doing this and cracked the screen protector. Good thing I had one...
