    P40s also used extensively by Australia for much of the Pacific war, and in Africa. The all time highest scoring ace in P40s was Clive Caldwell who shot down 28 Luftwaffe aircraft in Africa.

    Hey Fred, great video! When you say fabric, by the wings etc does that mean fabric covered and wood underneath, is it metal coated, what's the full construction of the wings?

      Hi - depending on the substructure it could be a wood or a metal rib under the fabric although as the war progressed the march to metal substructure become the predominate use
