Setting Time : Atleast 3 hours
Servings : 8 Slices
INGREDIENTS
• 1 Packed Tennis Classic Biscuits or Marie Biscuits
• 220G Pineapple Crush
(No Liquid)
• 1 Tin Condensed Milk
• 1 Box Pineapple Jelly (80g)
• 125 G Butter (Melted)
• 1 Whole Lemon
• 3 Granadillas or 1 Tin Granadilla Pulp
• 3/4 Cup Hot Water
METHOD
1. Crush the biscuits into coarse crumbs
2. Add in the melted butter & mix well
3. Press in the base mixture into an 8inch Cake/Tart Tin & pop into the freezer.
4. Add the jelly into a bowl & add 3/4 Cup hot water & mix well until jelly granules are dissolved
5. Add in the crushed pineapple, mix well
6. Add in the condensed mill & mix well
7. Add the pulp of 1 granadilla
(If using a tin, use 1/3 of the tin)
8. Add the juice of one lemon & mix well
9. Transfer the filling on top of the base & refrigerate for atleast 3 hours.
OPTIONAL
Serve with a dollop of fresh cream..😉
