Aww, I love that Anaira and I both used little penguins as entrance animals! I know the Calgary Zoo has Penguin Point right off the main plaza. Loved your tour, this is such a gorgeous zoo!!

im pretty sure when i was young wellington zoo (new zealand) had little blue penguins at the start of the zoo! they were opposite the otters which are still currently at the start nowadays

Wellington Zoo based in New Zeland has the little blues as starter animals up until a few years ago

Milwaukee County Zoo has either Humboldt or South African Penguins as their "entrance animal". Not Little Blue, but similar.
