Fun fact about the meerkats: the one you joked about being security actually is! Meerkats have a position called the sentinel where they watch up top while the rest of the group works. If they sense a predator they make a specific noise to alert the other meerkats!

as a perfetional planet zoo player id say you did great for a first time.
As a seasoned Planet Zoo player (3000+ hours in-game), I loved this video, it felt so refreshing!
Also, love how you added some educational facts about the animals in your zoo... Everything in this video was so nice and relaxing, reminded me of the first time I ever played the game!
Also, that ending caught me completely off-guard - thank you.
(PS: after 3000 hours, my opinion on the path system is still the same. But oh well)
As an animal nerd/enthusiast I hope to see more planet zoo from you! About 4 minutes in and I'm already hooked. Also, noivern is a really good choice in terms of favourite pokemon. It's so unique and it's shiny is one of my favourites!

as an planet zoo fan who has more than 200 hours played i enjoyed this video :D (its also bec i love animals and video games) and uh i just want to say if this was ur first build u did in planet zoo then that cool! i just want give u a bit real quick if u gonna play the game again dont build fences like the wooden one or brick one but do customs one not only they look more cool but adds it into the scenery also!
The hippos pooping animation in Planet Zoo is diabolical
I mean... It's accurate to real life 😅 I was legit kinda traumatized when I first saw a real hippo do the "poop sprinkle"

My favourite animal is the Pangolin, theyre basically a mix between armadillos and anteaters but with reptillian like "scales" made of keratin! Theyre amazing animals, but sadly, theyre endangered due to poaching :(.

Challenging myself to NOT do sandbox mode when I was new to the game was certainly a choice but I really enjoyed it! And manatees are so cute!

Fun fact to add on to your fun fact: The language where they confused "white" and "wide" was Afrikaans which is derived from Dutch and very closely related to English. :) But that's why we have "white" and "black" rhinos... which are both grey.
You need to start playing this game more often. I heard the more times you play it, the more inspired you will be in making better habitats and buildings.

Hey! I love animals, and I play planet zoo! I have a question, how’s you make the ground in the plaza? I always mess up while trying to make paths, and I’ve been playing for a while.overall though, your zoo was incredible!
There’s a button that says “align to grid” or something like that in the bottom right. I had to watch some youtube tutorials to figure that out lol there’s some good ones out there! I watched tip videos by DeLadySigner that were really helpful
